My name is Ross Fischer, the owner of Back to the Caribbean.  If you were called, you filled out an entry form.  Again, as with the post below, we don't have psychic powers.  The reason we know your personal information is because you filled out a form while you were on vacation.  Usually we even joke around about what handwriting you have.
If you don't want the vacation fine, but the reason he kept calling is you didn't answer, and we don't leave messages. Once you say "I'm not interested" we don't call you again.

We don't call lists, we have people's entry form right in front of us.  We are a licensed Florida Seller of Travel License #ST36277 since 2005.  And, you don't have to believe me.  You can visit the Florida Department of Consumer Affairs at www.800helpfla.com and put in Back to the Caribbean, and see all of our license information.  Last year we sold 3,000 vacations, we had 11 total complaints, 100% of which were resolved satisfactorily.  

I am not trying to convince you to buy our vacation package, but it is also not right to try to make us sound less than legitimate.

Caller claims to be "Steve" and insists on meeting and that I am a winner for a cruise that I did not register for and do not want to be contacted again about.  The second call, he says I missed our appointment and wants to set something up.  I informed him I did not register to win anything and do not want his "prize" and that he sould give it to some one else.  Please check into this phone and stop the harrassment

Calkers says you filled out a form and won a cruise. Knows where you vacationed last and asks to verify a lot of personal info. Knows middle names, spouse, residence. Sometimes calls and hangs up. Calks repeatedly until you answer. Wants to know when both you and spouse are available. I never filled anything out for a cruise or any other gimmick. Just say no thanks and hang up.
