After I answered, caller hung up.  [area code is Miami]
I called back, and the number switched from a ring to a busy signal.

I'm thinking it may be an automatic search process to determine if you are home, e.g., a market research mechanism to test your neighborhood to determine the percentage of your neighborhood or zip code is home to physically answer the phone at certain times of the day.

You can report as a "harassing call" to your local police department and/or to the FCC complaint line.

Received a call on Aug 18, 2008 at 05:41 PM that was picked up by my vocemail.  After a long pause the "caller" said "Default Message".

All the voice mail left said was "Default Message"

I recived a call from 954-968-0276 on July 27, 2008 @ 3:40pm and the only thing it said was the 4th message. What kind of place is this. Why are they calling me ?

Got a call from this # at 3:52pm on 7/14/08.  After long pause, a voice came on saying 'voicemail'
