Please provide a copy of the credit card statement as this company does not even use credit cards. you are obviously referring to someone other than uprs group as they are a legitimate company that works with government insured assets and are monitored by regulatory agencies...............

Allow me to introduce myself as a complete skeptic. The bottom line is this firm may be the most legitimate company i have ever dealt with. All these posts that i have seen here are not even related to the telephone # posted. They are a reputable firm based in NY with offices around the country. I spoke with the owner of the company and he spent a great deal of time on the phone with me explaining why i was contacted and explainig the entire procedure. There was no misleading information, no gimmicks, no scams, no money up front. They are very involved with working with heirs of those who had outstanding stocks, bonds, and bank accounts. They took care of all the Probate issues and saved me thousands of dollars i would have had to spend on an attorney.
After 60 days I got a check from them for exactly what they told me i would be receiving. It is sad to see such comments that can potentially hurt a company's reputation just because someone doesnt believe what another person is telling them. The fact that they are A+ rated with the BBB should remove all doubt from your mind. In my profession as a Physician, i always listen to my patients detail all their complaints and then i respond. This may be a good lesson for all of you.

They are a total scam.  They will make your life hell.  Never ever ever deal with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They call 2-3X a day!  VERY ANNOYING!  And, I am on a do not call list.  Please make it stop!!!

I got a call just tonight, and they said they where from a collage i applied too.....sooo creepy, they asked for an e-mail...i gave them a fake one....

Global Response is a legitimate company, but they are not put together well at all. If you receive a call from someone on one of their many accounts, the number that shows up is for Global Response directly. If you call it back, more than likely, they'll have no idea who tried calling you, as there are accounts like Lord & Taylor, Blue Cross Blue Shield, American Eagle Outfitters, Crate & Barrel, etc. I can, tell you though, that the thugs they do have working for them are shadey as all get out...and I have decided not to continue business with any of the companies that have chosen Global Response as the outsourced company to take care of their "busy work."

This is Fashion Bug.com.  I called them because they sent a different item than the one I ordered.  They sent the same incorrect item out to me a second time.  I called them and the customer diservice representative just told me I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry.  She wouldn't find out why they sent the incorrect item twice, just repeated that she was sorry.  It pissed me off because I've had that same experience with this company several times over the years.  I told her she should find out what the problem was and fix it instead of just telling me she was sorry and that pissed her off.  She started talking over me while I was talking (which I hate), they should be listening.  I finally just said F off and hung up!  It must have pissed her off because I immediately received several calls from this number.  I'm sure it was her; especially after reading some of the posts that it's a call from a catalog call center.

They Left me a Message as a call center for Simply Be.  It appears that this is a call center that handles the customer service for many online retailers.

This number called today about my Verizon Account to see if I am getting what I am paying for.  I do not have a Verizon Account.  When I checked the number...they are not even from Verizon.

Called and did not leave a message.  Called them back from my office line, the person answered the phone with "Good Day, Global Response."

This company is Global reponse. Has nothing to do with UPRS Group. UPRS Group is legit..............
and how do i know: I am 3200 dollars richer b/c of them. I hope they call me again.

THEY ARE LEGIT. This company is UPRS GROUP. The reason I know this is I let the lady on the phone finish her pitch to me. They found money in my grandmother's name and tracked me down as an heir. Me and my brother split $32,900 from an old stock that she invested in in 1960. I checked out and they are actaully licensed and regulated by the state that they work in. Don't be too quick to judge!!!!!

I cant believe it...I helped sign up several old laddies on the do not call list using my email address. Now that I want to sign up my numbers I get a message saying I have exceed max limit. NOw this 954 973 7300 Global response keeps calling. The moral is do not let others use your email address.

they called me today at 11:14 am. i don't call back any numbers that i don't recognize.  but i love this sight . . . it's a great sight to find out who's been calling.

truth be told, this is a real company. They helped me get back money that I had no idea was even missing. Don't be so quick to judge.
