Calls both of my numbers (both on the Do Not Call List) and leaves a voice mail in a heavy Indian accent saying "Default Message"

Just a mans voice on the answering machine saying "Default Message". I've taken up the habit of letting all 800, 877, Florida calls go straight to answering machine. We have been on to do not call list for 6-7 years and just recently renewed our phone listing with them but we still keep getting all these calss.

I keep getting messages from this number that say "Default Message" and I don't know who is calling.  I am on the do not call register
