Received a call on my cellphone from 954-990-6372 and LMTC on my home telephone from 1-800-444-4456 wanting to know if I would be interested to rent my "First Club" share or sell it altogether. Spoke with Yolanda who transferred me to Marsha who explained that they could rent my unused 4 weeks for $2,100 (=$6,300) and then sell it for an additional $10,900 (TOTAL of $17,200). She explained that they covered all legal and closing costs. Their fee $799.00 due immediately up front.Added they had been in the rental and reselling business (Resort T Share) since 1985. She added that it would take them 3-6 months for the sale to be executed - renters then buyers. She could not tell me when was the last time that I used my share. I then called the Company that I have a timeshare with and they told me it was a SCAM!!!!! Sounded really good since I do not travel much anymore but beware of these shysters.

These people have been calling me for over a year. I have asked them not to call, but they just blow it off. The disturbing thing is that these people know when you are going to be on vacation. Somebody from my property has to be feeding them this info because they know every week I have booked, but nobody will fess up.

Somebody by the name of Abby left a message for me to call her at 1-800-444-4456 ext 224. The number on my call display appears as RESORT TSHARE. She even mentioned my last name on the voicemail and mentioned the call was regarding my timeshare at Sandals Resorts. What's interesting about this is I do not own a timeshare, although about 10 years ago I did cancel one with Sandals within the allowable 14 day grace period, so obviously she was not privey to totally accurate information.
I won't be returning the call - scammers!

Have received calls from this number asking if I wanted to rent or sell my timeshare. They led me to believe they were my timeshare RCI, but in fact it was Resort Timeshare. This is a scam! I am on DO NOT CALL LIST. Doesn't seem to make any difference to them and they never leave a message if I don't answer.

Received a call from this number. I didn't recognize the area code but picked up phone. I did not say anything. AFter a few seconds, the person hung up and called right back. I did the same thing. Then checked the number and read the comments. I agree with those who say it is a scam.

They said we had 3 weeks and they wanted to rent these out for us and it would cost us. A fee of 699.00 and we would get 2100. @week back.

I have reported this to my Timeshare company (Universal Vacation Club) and they said DO NOT believe these people. My Timeshare rep said to get the full name of the person calling and let them know so they can follow up. The message was from "Jean from RTR" asking me to call back to 1-800-444-4456 ext 247. Deb

Just returned their call after they left several messages. Yes, the tell me that I can rent, they guarantee no less the $1600 per week. The collect a one time upfront fee for $695. The client they rent it to will sent you a certified check. I have an issue with that as these can be counterfeit. If is sounds too good to be true it probably is.

Got a call from these very polite people this morning, They led me to believe they were with my timeshare company(they're not) and were encouraging me to rent my timeshare out for $1400-1800 per week. I'd like to do this, but here's the rub - you the timeshare owner get to pay them $495 up front, and then they rent your weeks out for you for 2 years and you get to keep 100% of the rental revenues.
Sure, I'll pay them $500 now and never hear from them again. NO Way am I ever giving anyone money up front for some mystery service later again!!
