Its a company that calls for the warranty on your car. I have asked them over 10 times to remove my number. They won't How do I report them?

They called twice from that number asking about vehicle warranty, I told them these two instances to remove me from the list. Today they called and I pressed 1 to speak with a representative, the rep opens up with "Can I have the make and model of the vehicle?" I said "I told you people twice to take me off the list...click.." They hung up on me. Today the number read Out of Area and when I called 9562310234 it was a pretty glitchy out of service message that started halfway through and just hung up.

One thing you can do to get them to stop is to hit on them, like real obnoxiously.  Like really really strong, as you would see in a bar (a sleazy type).  This sucks and may not be what you are normally like, but it is a good way to freak them out and get them to stop calling.  Even better is if you are female and they are female, or they are male and you are male.  Great way to mess with them.  It would probally get you removed from their list quick.  They are not going to like being obnoxiously flirted with.  Like I said it sucks that this tactic has to be used, but it has worked for some people.

This number calls me at least three times a day. I'm not even kidding. I am so F'ING PO'D about it, that I'm ready to pay them a visit personally. I have filed complaint after complaint, but nothing is being done. I have pressed "2" to be removed, but the calls per week and now per day, only increase each time I do that. I've pressed "1" and asked nicely to be removed. I'm hung up on. I've pressed "1" and have said, "I have a few questions about my existing policy with you guys, can I speak to a manager?" and I get hung up on. I've asked to speak with a manager because I am "very interested" and I get hung up on. When I try to call the number back, it is magically "not in service". I'm tired of this BS and if possible, I'd MORE than gladly participate in a lawsuit against these B.A.S.T.A.R.D.S. I'm even on the NDNC List! Something needs to happen. Perhaps one day we'll find out where they are, and I'll go set fire to their fake-azz "business".

I just got the comcast digital phone service, the nice thing about this service is that you can block unwanted phone numbers like this one or your inlaws.......

Cust with Embarq telephone is complaining about this number calling them and asking about a vehicle warranty.  It is obviously a scam.  Please avoid answering calls which come from this number.  You may also add selective call rejection to prevent these calls from coming in again.

I get this call every few days I see the number & igore it. Then delete it from my call list on my phone, here are a few other random calls,I've received: Tech Star, WF Inc. & Meridian HMC.

Calling about some stupid warranty for my car.  My car is 10 years old.....Please LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!!!

These calls are about to become as annoying as "Heather with Account Services". They called last night around 6:45 PM. It was a recording telling me that my vehicle's warranty is about to expire. It's a used 9 year old vehicle that I own and am sure that the warranty already has expired. And anyway I always thought that warranties were not transferrable in the first place.

And now for two unrelated telephone calls I received.. Who is/are "CNR Reasearch"? They were trying to conduct a survey about what magazines I read or subscribe to. Both times the caller ID read Private Name and Private Number.

I have just done the same Joann, I have received a number of calls from them and no matter how many times you hit 2 it hangs up.  I talked to an agent (@@@@t) and before i could even ask nicely that is NOT my nature the b@@@@ hung up on me and called abck with number not in service.

I would suggest to all to report them as well. it cant hurt...

I contacted the FCC and filed a complaint online at www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints_tcpa.html.  I will also be filing a complaint with my state's consumer protection commissioner.  I would encourage everyone to do the same.

I've had the same issues with this company for about a year now.  Same thing, if I press 2 to be removed from their list, they hang up and I get another call the next week.  If I press 1 to talk with someone, half the time it just disconnects, the other half, when I do get a rep they hang up on me.  I've even tried to act interested and probe to find out who they are and how to contact them.  They hang up when I start fishing.  HOW DO WE REPORT THEM????  I have signed up on the nationwide do not call list and am still getting these calls!

They are calling me every 2 to 3 days now. I have asked them probably a dozen or more time to remove me and they hang up. They are probably masking themselves with bogus numbers as I have seen the caller ID list different numbers. I want their home numbers so I can call them and return the favor.

I tried going through their speech and then telling them I have to take another call and if I could have their number, I'd call them back. I have done this 3 times now, and all 3 times, they said they'd call me back, and they didn't. I do continue to receive the automated calls though and I want it stopped. I prefer to file charges against them if anyone knows how. I am tempted to purchase a policy just to get their info, but I am not that stupid as to give them my credit card. Not to mention, their policy is a complete RIP OFF!!! I can do better at the local dealership.

Yes I have been receiving the same calls about 2 times a week I anwswer when I can and I ask them to take me off there call list and they just hang up on me! and call me back in two days...

This is some insurance crap for vehicles - they call me every 2 days and im trying to get more information. Today i finally got thru to a rep and i asked him where the phone call is from and he says florida, next i asked for an address and he hung up. I am definitely complaining on these b*****ds.

Don't know any one from Texas.  I get this every few days.  Haven't been home to answer it, so I don't know who they are.  They don't leave a message.
