Why does 956-364-2564 add to my misery?

I'm an ex-RingCentral user and won't jump to the conclusion that this has anything to do with them but I'd love to know who is responsible. Whoever it is, they're scumballs. Why do they even waste their time unless it's a way for them to generate revenue by adding up your minutes on a daily basis? If that's the case, don't answer the call and you shouldn't get charged.

There should be easy ways in place to stop this chit.

Another RingCentral user here...this is a highly unethical tactic to try and eat up minutes. Either they're the ones providing our numbers to these robo-callers (or selling them to them), or their security has been compromised and 3rd parties have accessed their database of numbers. Neither one leaves me with a warm and fuzzy feeling about RingCentral.

Add me to the list of RingCentral users whose minutes have been used up by these fake robot calls from 956 numbers.

I also use Ring Central and this number has been showing up every few days for years. I actually stopped using the account years ago (I was intending to cancel it but you actually have to CALL Ring Central and I never got to speak to anyone because I sat on hold for so frigging long!).  But this is the ONLY activity on my RC account so they won't refund me for the years of non-use.

I don't like those guys and I wouldn; tbe surprised if this was a tactic of theirs.

Constant calls from 956 - nobody there when I answer, no message left when I don't.

Same - called back and no one on the other end of the line.  One time it redialed after it picked up.  Left no voice message.  What kind of scam is this?
