Received a call fro 956-365-3962.  It said a fax was coming in on our phone that receives both calls and faxes but no fax came through.

I have had calls from this number for weeks.  Each time I answer they hang up.  Any suggestions?

I get multiple calls from Harlingen TX from 956-412-4993, 956-365-4825 and 956-425-0828. They don't leave a message; just rack up charges on our incoming toll-free number.

I keep getting calls from various numbers from the Harlingen and Laredo, TX areas. They all start with the 956 area code and different exchanges. I call back and get multiple tones or a fast busy signal. The numbers are as follows:
