Scam! I first got a call about 2 weeks ago and they gave my name saying they want to talk to me then hubby called back the number that appeared on caller ID and asked them who they were and what kind of business they are. All they could respond was "sorry, I can not disclose that". Hubby then asked "are you trying to sell something? Is this a scam?" They responded with "sorry sir I can not disclose any information to you have a nice day" and they hung up. Hahahaha! Idiots! SCAM ALL THE WAY.

I just got a call this morning saying I had an overdraft of $530 back in October 2012 from my bank, and it was effecting my credit. I recently did my annual credit report, and that wasn't on there. He asked my name, and if my birthdate was correct. I told him I knew nothing about the overdraft. He asked me to contact my bank and ask them about it, and then call back on a different number and extension. I'm positive my bank would have told me about the overdraft and closed my account a long time ago. Something's fishy.

My 16 year old son has been receiving calls from this number almost daily.  THey are asking for a Jamie McMillan, of which this is not my son or even an acquaintance of my son.  They refuse to tell me their business name or what the call is regarding.  They are also refusing to remove the cell number from their call log.  I have had the cell number they are calloing for 3 years and my son had his phone taken for behavior and during the time his phone was in my possession this so called company's account was created.  I am reporting this company to the FBI for stalking and harrassing a minor.

I so agree with u. They call like so much to me and it gets annoying. I love being rude back to them cuz I already know its them calling. I have it under harrasment collectors when they call. So i can bother them also.. See if they like it...

Ive been getting a call from this # for a while harassing me about a Balance I owe for IBC. They r so rude and I already talked to the IBC and they said they dont know who that company is and not to act on it. So watch out people. They say there calling from Spiers & Hall or somethin like that.

sure sounds like it. I've been getting similar calls from the same number. Except I think they say I owe like $83 or something like that. I know I don't owe, but they just keep on calling.

I got the same call 2 days ago and a lady was talking about me, saying that something about state law with some noisy background of peoples talking, which I can barely hear her. Telling me my name and birth date and my bank's name.. Then saying that I own them 38$ and if I don't pay, it'd will affect my credits. Then asking me for my credit card number to "clear up the dept" but then I was thinking to myself, what the heck? I don't remember owning anybody money. So I was acting dumb repeating myself saying, "What dept!? for state law!?!" then the lady got mad and told me "Sir, call back when your listening."  hahaha... So can someone tell me if this number is a scum?
