I have been receiving calls 2 or 3 times a day for the last couple of weeks.. they say they are US Yellow Pages or US Business Listing.. They ask me to confirm my info and when I say I am not interested they get loud and rude. So I tell them nothing has changed.. bye and hang up.. I have reported to Do Not Call Registry..

Looking up the history of these calls I saw that they called twice on the day I initially wrote, and twice today.  The first time it showed up as +95 67221078 but because it looked so odd to me, I answered other calls that were coming in.  They only let it ring for 27 seconds  before hanging up.  When I did answer the second time they called they claimed they were trying to verify our business listing.  When I told him no and to remove the number he tried telling me that our owner wanted the listing or some such nonsense, but I interrupted him and told him no again and to remove the number.  Of course he hung up on me before I could finish my sentence.  Next time, I'll keep repeating to remove the number maybe then they'll get the hint - but then again, I doubt it!

7 calls this week so far. I reported via the DNC registry, Scammers from India no doubt. Claimed they were from the Yellow pages

956-722-1078 Called again just to ask if this was my business. I answered in German and then he said Good bye and hung up..

Answered with company greeting only.  Didnt give name, I usually dont when i recognize telemarketer and scam calls.  Heavy accent foreign woman goes through her script.  She claimed to be calling to update our listing.  I said NO and hung up.

This person called and has called every weekday for the last 6-8 months, Today, he asked if it was the correct business and address, then wanted my name. When I asked why he wanted my name, he became upset, raising his voice and arguing. He said his name was Frank Cooper in a heavy foreign accent. He became more upset when I told him I was not an employee of my husbands company and I was not giving him my name. He said he wasn't selling anything, he just needed my name for verification before they put our business in their directory.When I asked him to stop calling our home phone, he began yelling at me just before I hung up, "You tell me why are you answering the phone of a business if you are not an employee? He never asked to speak to my husband who I stated owned the company, he only wanted me to say my name.

I've turned him into the FTC and BBB and the Oregon Attorney General's office. He claims he is from the Better Business Organization. According a report on the internet, this was the same group that ran a telephone scam in New York in March 2010.

Called to update our 'free' google listing.   Very hard to understand.  Said he was from United States Business Organization.   In a moment of brilliance.  I asked for his website.  I said a company that verify's listings must have an account themselves.  What is it?     He stuttered and hung up.   LOL

Someone with an accent and a *very* bad cold wanting to update our business listing.  Didn't say anything else but "NO" several times before hanging up on him.

Caller identified himself as someone from United States Business Organization.  Another slamming scheme.  You should just hang up or put them on hold.

Another number to add to the long list of Indian callers looking to scam Americans. Something needs to be done to end these calls and put a stop to these criminals!! If anyone has a solution, please share.
