Rec'd 3 calls today - 12:14 p.m., 3:05 p.m., 6:13 p.m. ...I must have been on their every 3-hour calling cycle~first 2 hung up just as I answered.  The third time the caller said she was calling about my "Visa and Mastercard accounts and that per new Federal regulations, I could lower my interest rate."  I hung up on her. ID on my cell phone only stated Laredo Texas.   Is this a scam or a telemarketer?  Certainly not solicited. Gotta think based on all the correspondence I receive from my credit card companies, they would have already advised me of this since "it's a new Federal regulation."

Just received a call from this number around 5:30pm. Get a call from numbers like this about twice a week. Wondering if this is not a skype account...

has call 3 times today.  tried to call back got "not a working number recording"

Woke me this morning; called back within a minute. Called 4 or 5 times today. No one there. On DNC list, really annoyed.

This number calls but won't leave any information about who they are or what they are calling about.  Anyone know who this may belong to?
