Miss call used to come form this number around 2:40 am. I at first tried to call back but by searching this code on the internet I found that if I call back from prepaid number than all the balance will be automatically get transfer to their choice/ setting mobile number (setting used by computer software & the unknown number is generated by a computer) & if I call back from a postpaid number than the call charge will be too high around Rs.500 per 30 second. Don't call back at this number  bearing code +96 just ignore it for your safety.
