This is the billing department for Poudre Valley Hospital part of the University of Colorado Health System. It is however illegal for them to claim to be a "courtesy call" when they're actually bill collectors. It's also illegal to call someone with an automated call system where they have to call you back to discuss a bill.

I got this and thank you all saving me the time to call them back!

Call came in at 2:23pm from the number  970-212-2700. The recording told me to call this number back. I have much better things to do with my time than to answer calls that are afraid to leave you their name. I won't do anything a recording tells me to do. If a real person calls me, I will be happy to talk to them and that's the way it is.

Rcvd a cal from an auto mated system asking for me to call back 970-212-2700 which was the number on my caller id.  When I called I was on hold for about 5 minutes listening to "your call is very important to us."  Finally talked to a person who was calling regarding a hospital bill for a charge incurred by a distant relative.  The person was hard to understand...something cardio or vascular.  Asked them to remove my name from their calling list and have not heard back from them.

I got a call with an automation saying this is a courtesy call please call 1-970-212-2700 which is the number that popped up on my caller id.

I did call back but the automation said please hold your call is important to us and repeated this same verse every 5 seconds. I hung up.
