I also have medical collections through this company.  It's not a scam.  They will work with you on making payments.  Main office is located in Rawlins, Wyoming.  Cindy is also my contact person there.  If they are calling you, you most likely have bills that have gone to collection.

Note a scam.  Collection company in Fort Collins and office in Rawlins, WY.  Company's name is Collection Center.  Located South Fort Collins, CO.  They handle mostly medical collections.  Cindy is a real person there.  I DON'T work for them.  I have collections through them.

Said it was an urgent matter - could not give me any details as Cindy said she would be breaking the law. She said this was not a solicitation and said permission was given to use my personal number. So if they have my number which is personl, then how come they would not tell me what it was about! Would not give me the subject matter. Stay clear - call back no. was 800-442-2574 x3323! in addition to the number on my caller ID - 970.292.3323.

I recieved a call from this number BIG SCAM STAY CLEAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

7/2012 Called twice in 2 weeks, no message.  I called back and the recording said "Cindy" wasn't available.  Went ahead and blocked any further calls thanks to the info here

I received a call from her also. She first called me on a 307 phone number then the number 970-292-3323. I made 2 money orders but have not sent them out.  She said to make it payable to Colletion Center Inc & the address is P O Box 4000 Rawlins WY 82301

a cindy from "Credit Grantor Service" (company doesnt exist in loveland) left message to call 970-292-3323 was very enigmatic and was hesitant to give information for call back.  be careful of these calls....the original # she called from was 970-987-5250 which doesnt exist or doesnt accept incoming call IP trace of # shows they are transmitting from multimple towers and IP addresses all over northern colorado
