Chris Wilkinson in Colorado at phone number 970-353-0413, was told not to charge my Debit card for $39.95 after I refused her offer to let my family participate in selling Herbal Life.  She deducted $9.95 for the disk that was sent to Jack Munday in Mesquite, TX. and after we had a conference call from Chris, we told her that we were not interested in Herbal Life and Chris still went on to charge my account for $39.95 after she we had returned by mail the very poor uninformative Disk that she mailed to us.  I spoke to her on 10-20-2010 at 2:03 p.m Central time and she continued to lie about it costing $9.95 plus $39.95 for the disk only.  It did not include any Herbal Life product that she had not had mailed to Jack Munday.
I am a PhD cancer researcher for the Federal Govt. and know the laws about this transaction.
I will accept nothing less than my $39.95 being refunded to my bank account.  You also can refund the $9.95 that I was charged for the disk that informed me Nothing about your product.  It was just a pep talk about people doing well working for your company at home.  I expect this to be handle within the next 72 hours from 1530 Central Standard time on Wed. Oct. 20,2010.
