Frequently calls, but there is never anyone there.

I returned the call and got a voice mail from the Grand Timber Lodge in Breckenridge, CO.

Frequently calls,rings three times but never leaves a messaga!

what are these people looking for.... they keep calling me when i am not around my phone...it seems like they know that i won't be there..
i left a voice message i want to see what happens...

if u just press "0"  it will take u to an operator so they will take u off the dialer list...
she said that maybe i signed up for like a promotion or something and they just want to sell me a package or something...
anyhow...i hope they are done calling me!

I recieved the calls from 970-453-3327 and 970-547-3636 and 970-547-4027
They are from  Grand Timber lodge in Breckenridge they want you to stay in there condo's for $99.00
I ask them not to call me any more and was told do not sign up for the Motorcycle at DIA then.(Very rude)  I thought the Motorcycle was from Thunder Mountain Harley and have a phone call to the owner Shelly ERDMANN but I have not had a return Call

The calls only stopped after I called Thunder Mountain Harley.
He told me he stopped the calls. He sent me a nice letter stating I was uncooprative in providing him call time informatiom. ( He called me at work and I informed him I do not have my Phone records there.)He offered me free stay at the Grand Timber Lodge. I was trying to stop these people from calling all night why would I want anything to do with them. I filed a complaint with the FCC but needed a contact from the company that calls here it is.

I been getting these calls too and no one ever picks up. I just got around to calling them (which is long distance by the way). Make sure you use 0 for an operator otherwise their menus go on and on with no one picking up. As of 4-10-2008 if I get anymore calls from these people I will go talk to a lawyer. I hope CO law is like MI and you can sue $10K per call you get after you tell them to remove you....LOL I never signed up for this when I got the number 6 months back and I registered the number the first day I got it on the do not call registry.

I have season passes to Breckenridge, but we drive there as we live in Springs. I wonder if these people own Ski Tip Lodge only other place I been in Breckenridge for a $400 dinner. I'll have to look into it more, if they are one in the same I guess I won't be going back there next year if they are using my info to know harass me in Hotel packages.

I am the Regional Director of Marketing for Grand Timber Lodge.  I apologize for the inconvenience and irritation these calls have created.  Let me assure you that is not the object of the call.  I will personally look into the issues of the system hanging up on you as our main goal is to speak to an individual, not call and hang up.  All of our calling is permission based, meaning you at some point gave us permission by signature or electronic entry into one of our numerous promotions throughout Colorado.  The information is not sold or shared other than with our one partner so be assured you will not receive a multitude of calls from other companies.  If you wish to be put on our all time DNC list please feel free to email me the number that you want included on that list and we will gladly do so.  Please be aware however that if you provide that number again to us on a permission based manner, it may pass through, however, again a simple request back will take care of that as well.  You can provide any such information to sdiehl@bgvmarketing.com and I will personally handle your inquiry.  I would also like to make note that to my knowledge, we have provided all agencies with substantial documentation in any complaints filed and to date any and all have been dismissed by the governing agency contacting us.  I believe this to be a clear indication of our professionalism and true desire to our clients or prospective clients total satisfaction.  I thank you for your valuable feedback on this site, we will use it to our advantage and work to do a better job in this arena.

You're full of it.  I'm STILL getting the calls and hangups.  Probably about 20 by now.  Nobody is EVER on the line when I pick up.  I have filed an FCC complaint.  Go ahead.  Keep calling.  At $10K a pop I can retire in a few weeks.

IN RESPONSE TO ROLF and as assistance to others - Grand Timber Lodge is responsible for the calling from this numbers.  Grand Timber Lodge is very reputable and respect vacation resort.  ALL of our marketing efforts are permission based, meaning you granted permission to contact you through your participation in various promotions or programs that you have engaged in.  We can clearly demonstrate this in all instances.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience to those that have posted a listing on any of these sites.  

Rolf is incorrect in his assessment of the issue noted above, we had offered Rolf a FREE weekend in Breckenridge if he would help us and when he had time, by sending us details of the calls he received that he stated he had logged so we could actively research and remedy all parts of his complaint.  Rolf opted not to, period.  Rolf's main objective was to file a complaint with the FCC.  We will provide the FCC, if we are contacted with full support for our calling habits as well as our attempted remedy with Rolf and our supporting documentation for the calling.

Thunder Mountain Harley is a very good company and should not be impugned. The promotion that Rolf participated in was for a chance to win $50K and a bike from Thunder Mountain was used for display purposes.  Hardly anything that would indicate any wrong doing.
