I am getting these calls, too!!  Who is this??

I looked this number up and it says it is in Breckenridge, CO and I get calls from this number as well as another number listed in Breckendridge, CO.  I assume the two numbers are from the same place.  But, I have never actually had anyone speak to me.  The line is always dead by the time I answer the call.  Weird!

P.S.  Other suspicious number is 970-547-3636

I recieved the calls from 970-453-3327 and 970-547-3636 and 970-547-4027
They are from  Grand Timber lodge in Breckenridge they want you to stay in there condo's for $99.00
I ask them not to call me any more and was told do not sign up for the Motorcycle at DIA then.(Very rude)  I thought the Motorcycle was from Thunder Mountain Harley and have a phone call to the owner Shelly ERDMANN but I have not had a return Call

He told me he stopped the calls. He sent me a nice letter stating I was uncooprative in providing him call time informatiom. ( He called me at work and I informed him I do not have my Phone records there.)He offered me free stay at the Grand Timber Lodge. I was trying to stop these people from calling all night why would I want anything to do with them. I filed a complaint with the FCC but needed a contact from the company that calls here it is.

I have been called by this number 4 times within the past week on my cell phone. I do not answer the calls, because I have no idea who it is. They have never left a message or anything. I tried calling this number on a few occasions and always get a voicemail message stating that I have reached some lodge. I have no idea who this is or how they got my cell phone number. Sounds kind of weird to me.

I also had four unanswered calls from 970-547-4027, I also have not entered any contests. I rarely go to Breckenridge but if I do, I won't stay at the Grand Timber Lodge. Phone solicitations are very annoying, any comments about people not cooperating about providing call time information is ridiculous, shouldn't have to. These guys are the ants at the picnic.

Sunday noon call came in from this number to my cell.  I didn't answer and the caller left no message.  I haven't "entered" in any contest so I doubt that is what this is about...

IN RESPONSE TO ROLF and as assistance to others - Grand Timber Lodge is responsible for the calling from this number.  Grand Timber Lodge is a very reputable and respected vacation resort.  ALL of our marketing efforts are permission based, meaning you granted permission to contact you through your participation in various promotions or programs that you have engaged in.  We can clearly demonstrate this in all instances.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience to those that have posted a listing on any of these sites.  We also would like to encourage any posters to contact us directly as sdiehl@bgvmarketing.com with any complaints so we can actively correct any issues.  We certainly are not in the business of trying to agitate prospective clients.  

Rolf is incorrect in his assessment of the issue noted above, we had offered Rolf a FREE weekend in Breckenridge if he would help us and when he had time, by sending us details of the calls he received that he stated he had logged so we could actively research and remedy all parts of his complaint.  Rolf opted not to, period.  Rolf's main objective was to file a complaint with the FCC.  We will provide the FCC, if we are contacted, with full support for our calling habits as well as our attempted remedy with Rolf and our supporting documentation for the calling.

Thunder Mountain Harley is a very good company and should not be impugned. The promotion that Rolf participated in was for a chance to win $50K and a bike from Thunder Mountain was used for display purposes.  Hardly anything that would indicate any wrong doing.  Please DO NOT contact Thunder Mountain, contact us.  We will assist in all matters.

Please email me at sdiehl@bgvmarketing.com so I can research your complaint and make appropriate changes.  I am sorry if our representative handled your call this way.  We make thousands of contacts and unfortunately from time to time we have to find out the hard way that a representative is not handling themselves in a professional manner at all times.  We do record everything thus my desire to talk to you so we can use this incident for training for all staff.  We are a very reputable company and any staff representing us incorrectly from training will be reevaluated for continued employment.  I hope to have the pleasure of speaking with you.

multiple calls & never leaves a message. now that i know where it's from i'll block them. how very unprofessional. we stay in breck occassionally, and guess where we WON'T be staying now!

I keep getting calls on my cell from this # as well.  I don't answer, they don't leave a message.  Please remove me from your calling list and do not continue to contact me.

Someone has called my phone about 4 times in the last month from this # and after reading some of the other posts I rememeber that I did enter to win a Motorcycle at the mall over the holidays. I bet that is it.

Didn't answer as I didn't know the number...Have received calls from this number several times, and always seems to happen around 6:00 pm

Man called @ 3:33pm and gave him name (quickly) and that he was from the Grand Timber Lodge and asked for (undisclosed name).  When I asked if I could help him, he asked if was (undisclosed name)'s wife.  I asked what he wanted - he asked if we entered a drawing for a motorcycle at the Denver Airport in May - I asked if we won - he said - so you ARE his wife.  When I wouldn't answer, he then hung up on me.  After he thought he had hung up, I heard him say to someone on his end - "I'm not going to talk to her if she's not going to even tell me if she's his wife !"
What the @(*&$ !!!  A stranger calls and starts interrogating me - and he expects answers over the phone ?  What kind of idiot is he ??  VERY rude - not good advertisement for the Grand Timber Lodge in Brekenridge, CO - if that's really where he's calling from....

Call came in to my cell on two different occasions so far in less than a week.  The first time on a Wednesday night at 7:42pm and the second time on a Monday night at 7:40pm.  When the call was answered, no one on the other end said anything, they just hung up.  What I find baffling is that very few calls are made on my cell phone and very few calls received.  How did this "Lodge" get my cell phone number to start with?
