This was a message from Austin Jones, got a heads up that he had a possible alias of Mike Jackson, so I googled it and came across this sight.  Now, I have the same complaint as many others, they say I have committed fraud and a few other broken laws and they're trying to settle with me outside of court, the guy has a thick accent and tells me he can help me settle out of court for $1425.  I applied for a payday loan at one point, but I also sent a notice to the company almost immediately after telling them that I changed my mind and no longer needed the money. I never received money and have just started being harrassed by these people both at work and on my cell.
