I get freakin annoyed...this number keeps calling but they never answer...and it seems that the same things happen to all of us because when i try to call back they tell me the same thing as KT...it's for one very creepy and for two very annoying.

I have been receiving calls all day every day for the past few days. When I answer, all I hear is breathing. If I don't answer, they usually don't leave a message. They left one today, but it was just breathing. I called back and it said "To have your ten digit phone number added to our do not call list, please press 1" I pressed one and it has yet to stop.

They call leave no message hate when random numbers call me!

No message they just hang up. When you attempt to call the number back, it hangs up. They are calling multiple times a day. Really bothersome considering it's our emergency oncall cell phone that is being harassed! I believe it is a robot that determines if a live person picks up the phone. They then sell your number to various other agencies that will call.
