fake azz people who don't speak clear english claiming they are law enforcement and clearly are not I got a email from my credit card compay saying there systems were compromised

Same India male calling for 2 months. Said he is Office Peter Pareker (spidermans name) he threatened children; etc. He never said why, when, how, whom. If this is a collection agency they are calling the wrong # & the coll. agency must not realize that they are not collecting anything. He calls me daily just to harrass me. I am changing my cell & home #. He refused to say why he is calling. He likes to harrass people, that is all. # they have called me from: 303 214 2129,303 765 7609,347 229 1908, 970 765 7609. They left these voice mails I have saved with threats on them etc. Phone co. said they use a filter wheras they can call you from another country or within the US and it will display any state except where they are from. I called the # back and the scum bag answers the phone. I feel sorry for those that easily scare. Dont be afraid of them. Just dont answer the call.

I received a call from this number and explicit messages on the phone..He stated he would call my job and get me fired.

they are calling my employer my mother and my best friend.   how do I get them to stop???/

When these crooks first called they gave me all of my information that includes my ss#,street address, class action suit #, that they are going to be filing this to the state, and said that I owed money, then he said hang on let me get the attorney on the phone. They sounded as if they were from the middle east. They might be dummies but they must be smart to get all that. Im filing a police report on these guys. They said I owed a loan company called cashnet. Never heard of it. Also they said they were in Colorado and if you google it that is so but it is from an unlisted number.

I got a call from this number today, trying to collect money from my recent hospital visit. Once I asked them for more information regarding the debt, they started saying about sexual acts my mother will do to him and how I'll be arrested and spend my life in jail.  Moments my business associate gets a similar call laced with vulgar sexual threats and language.  

This has to stop!

recieved serveral calls from them. when i told them to provide proof of contract he hung up wont provide a company name. said that he is caling on behalf of cash net.

I received several calls from this number and a person saying he was collecting a debt for $500.00 of which I have never borrowed from this place called cash net. He gave me my ss number and personal information that was true but I have never heard of this person or the company he mentioned. When I told him to call my attorney he hung up on me

I can concur with everyone else here. It's some scam operation that said the same things to me about me owing money or that they wanted me to get a lawyer. I told him to put everything in writing and send it to me because it's illegal to harass someone by phone; I'm not responsible for anything unless I see something in writing first. He said that they had my Social Security number (obviously some payday loan company is responsible for leaking that information, unless they ARE the payday loan company!), and I said, "If you think you're going to steal my identity, think again. I can easily find out where you are, and I will summon the authorities to deal with you." Gee...strangely enough, he didn't call me again.

I get a call harassing me saying his name is officer Brian smith with law and investigation...he calls my phone and I send him to Voicemail. Then he calls my work and yells and cusses me so I hang up. Then I get a call back at work again and he threatens me and said I have 1 hour to send a notarized bank statement or ill lose my job..so of course I ain't dumb and he calls back the next day and threatens to send me to jail for 10 years. I informed my managers of what was going on and they said I had no worries and they took the calls from there. We called them back with a fake name asking for officer Brian smith and they said there wasnt anyone there with that name. He claimed to be a melvin...all he does is harass people and try to scare u into paying him but don't go for it!

I recently received the same thing at work saying i owed money and i needed to send a notarized letter with all my bank info.  i called the general trade commissioner and they said it was a scam and there has been a leak of information.  this guy is of middle eastern decent and was very nasty on the phone.  there is nothing you can do except change your info and dont say a word to these people.  oh, they also said they worked for the United States Government!!! YEAH RIGHT!!!!

Officer joseph Hall  keeps calling me and he went as far as calling my job. He wanted me to notarize a letter and send him $500 dollars. I request he mail me information but apparently he prefers to play games on the telephone.I will have my carrier and lawyer investigate him because he is very annoying.

This guy with a heavy accent keeps calling my cell phone. The caller id says EMERGENCY 911. How is that possible? When I finally had him spell the name of the person he was calling for and told him he had the wrong number he hung up.  3 days later he called again. This time I asked if he worked for 911 and he said yes and he had a critical emergency for Natalia Clark. I thought that was pretty funny since he had an emergency for the same person 3 days earlier so I questioned him again and told him I thought it was hard to believe anyone working for 911 would have such a thick accent that he cannot be understood. That's when he hung up on me. Today he left a voice mail with the 970-765-7609 number for Natalia Clark to return his call immediately for urgent purposes ... WHAT A SCAM!

ALL of the smae situations above I have had now they are starting to call my Job.  somone has to be able to put a stop to this.  I even got a call from the same guy saying that I was eligible for a new car.  They have called so much I know their voices and the back ground noise is always the same.

These people called my work more than 20 times saying that I had hit their car and that I was a bad person, they talked to all of my managers and put my job in jeopardy. The thing is they also called a google voice number I only got to use on an application for an online payday loan so that must be where they got my info.

they called me today sayin i had to pay for a lawyer on a suit against me for $50,000 that is from 2002 but the thing is i was only 14 then so i told them to get lost for a lack of better words

I received a call from that number 970-765-7609 and he called my work first then my cell like three times in a row before he finally left a message.  I can't even make out what his name if or the company his accent is so heavy. I got a very similiar call around this same time last year but different area, it was in California I believe with the number starting with 424 or something like that. My husband called and asked what it was about and the man with a very heavy accent said a payday loan I didn't pay in the amount of $300 and my husband said it was BS and this guy said he was going to send someone out to our house to collect and my husband said go ahead and they never did. Then the calls completely stopped after my husband told him he was having the FBI go after them. Now its starting up again.

I received a call from 970-765-7609 at work stating his name was Officer Williams with Law and Investigations.  He stated that his client Cashnet was sueing me because I owed them $300 from an online cash loan company.  When I asked what company he stated he could not give that information and that I needed to tell him right then if I was going to get a lawyer or pay the bill in full.  We I asked for paperwork on the case he said I was not entitled to it until I paid the balance.  When I said I would not agree to anything until I had it in writing, he said fine we will see you behind bars and hung up on me.
