Angry as I'm on national no call list for all my phone lines.
Who are these fools that continue to call?

Having received 10 unanswered phone calls in just one month (06/11-07/10/12), I've checked these calls to a Panama operated group with 20 different phone numbers, of which I have received from 8 different phone numbers as "Ind Sur Group." One will use up quite a number of available blocks to stop their calls. Have phoned two of the numbers (with my own number blocked), only to get a recording of a woman with a heavy accent indicating the number was unavailable but to try later.

Living in Manitoba, Canada, you obviously know little about President Obama, a lying, deceitful socialist. Any well informed political pundit knows he's a gift from Hell!

Usually when I call these numbers back they give me the opportunity to opt out, sometimes I have to wait up to a minute on a line that seems dead and then the message starts, and it has worked thus far.  Unfortunately, this number does not have that option, harrumph.

The Obama campaign.  And they want you to give your birthday/anniversary/barmitvah/whatever gift to their campaign.  Ugh.

I keep receiving calls from 971-208-9950 and I have no idea who this is.  They do not leave any message and I do not answer my phone without recognizing the phone number.  Who is calling me?  They are wasting my minutes on my phone.

This showed me it was an India Mobile number....and also, a Florida telemarketing scam....my number is listed recently with the US Federal Govt...as harrassment type calls to stop.  They got through anyways.  Hmmm!  another number similar situation 469-248-4225 (Caprock Telecommunications Program) call and hangup...then give another 682-200-2808.  They are beginning to really bug me on my cell phone.  They take my minutes...maybe I'll sue and have them pay the millions to get me cleared on my life's future.

4th of July Received a call from this number on my cell. I do not know anyone in this ac so did not answer it. Will not answer it moving forward after reading these posts either.

dont know who called from this number, but if it is for obama forget that. did not vote for him the first time won't vote for him this time

They call even at 0100 to 0400hrs,nuisance.Hope someone takes a bat and beats these scamcaller to a pulp.

got this call this morning. 4th time in last month. did not answer as i didn't recognize the area code.

Got a call from this number in Texas.  Didn't answer it.

It's a phishing call. When you answer it or verify the number through your voicemail working, these companies solicit your number so others can call you. IT IS NOT FROM OBAMA!!!...they just said that. Haters.

I have no idea who called the rest of you. Mine from this number claimed to be ?independent survey group? and if you took the survey you would get a ?free? cruise. After the survey I was connected to a sales person for a cruise line trying to sell me a cruise. When I asked whey they had called a number on the ?do not call? listing I was told ?o that is not use but independent survey group that called you?.

get so aggravated......on the do not call list like everyone else.....what was the use in that.....apparently political and charity groups are allowed to make these calls.   DO NOT CALL...MEANS DO NOT CALL...if I can I do call them back, and tell them off....some have actually quit calling....I do believe after 3 calls, that's considered harrassment....

I recently got a call from this number and I live in Canada. Not sure who it is, but I do not know anyone in this area code.

They really don't like it when you start laughing at the thought they would call and ask for your support of Obama. . .   I couldn't help it.
