It's probably a health insurance company....as soon as you complete one of those instant quotes and mistakenly leave a legitimate phone number (which unfortunately I did) every health insurance company in America will call you. They don't leave a message because they do not want to talk to a machine they want to you and even if they left a message they know you will not call them back.

This number, along with 8666692214 and 9712201024 constantly calls my mother's cell phone and hangs up on her. The other two numbers are for exploitative, so-called "health insurance" outfits, so I'm going out on a limb and guess this number is calling for the same reason.

971-220-1024 keeps calling. Checked on Google and it is from Oregon. Also if you call it does not identify the company so not only do they spam, but that seems like a cover for a fradulant company. If you get a call from them report it to the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY complaints at: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2
