I keep getting these kind of calls too.  Pressing "3" to be removed from their calling list doesn't seem to work.  When I press "1" to talk to a live person and complain, they don't even let me finish complaining before they just hang up on me, but it still doesn't stop them from calling again.  It's a waste of my time and seems it should be a waste of the tekemarketer's time, too.  But here's an idea that might help stop them (and any other telemarketer).  Go ahead and press "1" to talk to a live person.  Ask for more information to engage the telemarketer and get them to go into their long script explaining the program.  Put them on speaker phone so you can go about your other business while he or she rattles on.  Pay just enough attention to stay engaged in the conversation.  Occaisionally ask the person to repeat or better explain something.  Don't give up any personal information.  When you've played along with the caller long enough, tell the person why you're not interested in the program...then just be silent as the caller goes into another long monologue and tries to overcome your objection.  When it's your time to talk again, just be silent.  If you hang up, the person is liable to call you back again.  Just be silent and let them decide when it's time to hang up.  Or, after a long enough pause, simply tell the caller, "Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were still there.  I thought you heard me say I wasn't interested."  The caller might get the hint and realize how much time you just wasted for him or her.

I have asked a human caller on 3 seoarate calls to remove me.  Now it seems they view me as a challenge, with 4-5 calls a day.  Pressing 3 does not stop them.  Now thay have added my cell number and repeatedly call on that.  Both phones are on the DNC.

I've gotten so sick and tired of all the crap calls from A**H***s that ignore the DNC list, all my phone ringers are turned off.  All they ever get is my machine.  WHEN/IF I hear a legitimate message being recorded on my answering machine, then I'll answer the phone.

Reporting these calls to the FCC/FTC may make you feel better, but it will rarely ever do any good.  The government agency that investigates these moves at a speed that makes a snail look like a racecar.

I want their real ID & location.

Got a call from this number on 8/17/12 and the person asked to verify my credit cards for a lower interest rate, I asked what numbers they have, and was asked if this is a scam because my phone number is unlisted. The male became angry and said to me "f--- you" and hung up. I wish the FTC would do something about these crooks.

Don't ever press 3 to get off their list. That only verifies your number as a working number. Also, reporting a call to the FTC is a waste of time. They do nothing.

I've gotten calls from this company for years. They just can't be stopped. They change phone numbers about once per week and call everyone almost every day until the next  week and it starts all over again. I block them, that way I only get a call from them once per week.

Reciving a message from these people about lowering my interest rate.  They have been leaving them on my answering machine indicating no company name, but stating press 3 if I want to no loner receive notifications, and press 1 if I want to speak to a live operator.
My phone number is registered in the National Do Not Call list, and I have reported this number multiple times.
