Received TWO calls from this number.  I tried calling it back once and I'm told the number is disconnected.  I've not answered and don't plan to maybe after not answering a few times they will stop... BUT How did they get my number as others have said it's calling my cell, which is not a listed number and is on the do not call list....
Just best not to answer the call I'd say.

just received a call from this number this morning.  the other line was absolutely silent.  no hello, no clicks, nothing.  highly annoying.

I keep getting calls from this number I answer a couple of times and they don't say anything, I'm busy like all the people that has an honest job, so it's annoying when you have to stop and answer the phone and find out that you just wasted time. I called back and got put on hold so I just hung up, People like this make wish that I have their personal phone nmuber so I can call them and waste their time at my convenience.

The guy asked for my wife regarding an online inquiry we did last year for auto warranty. He was rude and loud music in the background made me pissed and he finally hung up!

Someone from this number keeps calling my cell phone, when answered no one responds.  Please remove my number from their directory.

To those who have received calls from phone #971-220-1942 in Oregon concerning extended car warranties, I have traced the origin of the information to a local Toyota dealership in Scottsdale,
AZ. Contact your dealership if you are getting phone calls and mailings on extending warranties. I contacted my local Toyota representive, at phone# 1-800-331-4331, and had file set up to let Toyota know  that I was po'd that private information was being given out to third parties to assist in their soliciting an attempt to get money from me. By the way, the car in question I have not owned in more than four years.

Received a call from 971-220-1942 at 7:19 pm EST 10/5/2012.  Caller repeatedly said Hello.  Call recorded on answering machine since I did not answer call.

was called from 971-220-1942, and 971-220-1131 on my cell phone I answer and they didn't say anything. I was called a few more times and I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Have gotten a lot of calls from this number but with one slight difference, the number i see just says "Unknown" and Location is "United States" number is 11-971-220-1942. Which matches no other country's calling code 11. It doesn't exist. Tried to answer one time and and got nothing. Two weeks later there is a Purchase in my name on my account to a company in the UK and a seperate purchase to a company in California. Not sure if this is connected in anyway but it could be possible. Don't answer the number.

recieved a call  from this number offering to asssit  me in avoiding foreclosure  i am not in foreclosuire and when asked how they got my number , they hung on me.

U just need the rite program an a little of computer skill. To find out where their calling from. An who it is for sure.  I found out its an app number like text plus an there calling from there.  The man hasn't worked in 5 yrs an has arrested multi times for drugs an molesting lil girls.  His recent was on a 14 y/o boy.  He's a low life skum.   U get called from this number don't answer.   He's trying to hack into ur phone an get personal info.

When you call this number, nothing happens. Nothing. No ring, nothing. Very strange how we have come to a point in the country, whereby companies get away with blatant attempts at deception, and tactics like this, all for what?
If this is a marketing company, then it makes no sense not to answer your phone should someone call you back after a missed call.
If you are a debt collector, then you are breaking Federal Law.

This is what the Republicans have put into practice when G. W. Bush was President. That is when all this started. Right when Corporations starting re-maching packaging for example so now in food, you get less in the box, bag, but pay more. All this happened with Gov't subsidies and is a Republican was of life in America. That is just a tiny part of what the power trip is doing.

I wanted to add that I have no debt and my mortgage is paid off so they are just selling something randomly; they're not collecting debts or having to do with foreclosures

It's a recording from some mortgage or debt company.  They left a message and the recording missed the first half.  I'm on the do not call list too.

Got 2 calls in a row from this number tonight. Caller ID said the name was "H Calling" and it was an Oregon Area Code. Also said it was a cell phone.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating illegal telemarketing calls in violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
