This is the American Red Cross.  I've told them to take me off their list multiple times.  It's an amazing cause, I just can't donate blood anymore.  

It's the American Red Cross, one of their centralized call centers, either looking for blood donors or looking for donors to set up an appointment to donate.  They tend not to leave a message, and when you call the number back, they do not answer.  However, I called 2x more and did get thru to talk with a CSR from the American Red Cross.  He apologized and promised not to call for blood donations.  You can let them know for how long you would like the calls to stop for.

I got a call from (971) 270-1513. They actually did leave me a message remind me of my appointment to donate blood. So it's the American Red Cross.

It's American Red Cross. I kept getting calls from this number but never picked up. I called them back and that's who it was. They never leave messages though.

I don't answer unknowns calling from outside my 10 local area codes.  they left no message

this number called my cellphone the night of 11/25/13 and left me a truncated voicemail that mentioned a *different* number to call (twice), and thanking (who, I don't know) for being a blood donor.

a guy did ask for me by my first name, and when i asked "who is calling?", he hung up.  The caller ID also said "SPO OR", along with this number

Left a jibberish message on answering machine.
