The number calling me is 909 2590312 From National home Protection. Yesterday I got over 20 voice mails/calls from them. In the last two weeks I have gotten in excess of 80 calls from this one number. I have gotten the same message from two other phone numbers as well. They are chewing up my cell phone minutes. I have had this phone number for YEARS and my records will show that I rarely ever get near my limit. UNtilllllllllllllll.. I shared my cell phone number with CVS -Extra Care Card . I had the Extra Care Card for a few years but never put my phone number on the ID of the card until some months ago.  I made the mistake of giving my phone number associated with the card. Within 20 minutes of doing that, the spam calls started rolling in from not only Advertisers but also bill collectors looking for people I have never heard of. So this is my plan. I am going to change the number I give on these sorts of cards and change it to the Texas Rail Road Commission or The switch board at the White House.  I am FED UP!

Have received well over 30 calls from this number in last two weeks! Never answered and no message BUT as one poster said, if this is a company "Ace Services", they may be a third party sales call originating from horrible OCWEN!  Ever since they bought out our loan, phone has been ringing non stop even though I sent in their "opt out" forms many times!

I got the same call from 971-373-2947.  National Home Protection.

Left message on my answering machine saying they have my order ready and will ship it out today and I should get it Oct 19th.  It was an automated call and it said to press 1 to confirm the order, or 2 to cancel the order and then it hung up.  It never left a phone number to call back. nor did they ever say the name of their company.  Very unprofessional and I was suspicious.   I went to the phone and pressed *69 to get the last phone number that had called my number and it was 971-373-2947.   I immediately called the number and got a recording that said "There is no one available to take your call, good-bye" and it hung up.  Very unprofessional and makes me think it was a scam and that is why I came to look it up on the internet only to find other people have gotten the calls from them too.

I called this # back and almost fell off my chair! an extremely LOUD horn that sounded like it was coming from a train. Why? Now my ear is ringing. :/

I've gotten several calls from this number and several other similar numbers. its always "john from national home protection." I've asked several times for them to stop calling and also to put me on the do not call list to no avail every time. he will either state I understand ir just hang up on me mid sentence. very frustrating.

I keep getting calls from this number 971-373-2947  and I do not want them to call me.  I have autism and I don't know how to handle this.

I keep receiving calls from these people and I have no idea why, they usually hang up when I answer and I also get a jumbled recording when I call the number back. They call at all times(a real nusiance)!

I received a call from "John" at "National Home Protection" at 971-373-2947 offering a free home security system in exchange for posting a sign on my house.  I tried interrupting him but he sounded like a recording & kept talking.  He did acknowledge me & when I asked how they obtained my number, the guy said it was a great question & he would love to transfer me to a specialist to answer that.  At first when they called, they were National Home Protection.  I hung up & they called me back (from 888-647-7119) saying they had just spoken with me but the guy said he was with Smart House, offering an ADT security system.  When I asked him if his company just changed names & how this was an obvious scam, he played the victim & said "It's obvious we already have a black eye from someone else's deeds so I will let you go in peace," or some tripe like that.

National Home Protection appears to be a home warranty scam, but I haven?t found much on Smart House.  Looking up the 971 number brought me here.

I have gotten calls from this number as well as 971-213-1927.   They both seem 2 b coming from the same company; they both have same info when researched. 1 had only quiet on other end & other had an alarm co pitching their services . I requested 2 b put on "do not call list" but was still contacted  again. Gotta love the block caller feature! I have it not only on cell but on cordless home phone as well.

I'm getting calls from this number saying they are a company selling collagen.I told them that  I was not interested and they  told me that until I bought from  them , they do not stop calling  me.
Would have called 20 times more  bothering me. Difrentes number call me and is the same person who speaks and calls me by my name repeatedly.

Just received a phone cal from the 971-373-2947 asking if I would like to get a free wireless alarm system installed in my home if I would put a sign on my lawn. It seemed to me that it was fraud when I said no, they wanted to know if I owned the home, and to speak to the homeowner to confirm. I did not give any info. I live in  Montreal, Quebec,Canada. I was afraid that if I took a free alarm they would have assess to my home info.

No caller i.d. -- I just don't answer if I don't recognize at least the area code. I google it while it's still ringing! This call came on my company cell phone at about 10:30 CDT.

This number started calling me 2 days ago. I answered it the 1st time they called. They wanted to know if I owned my home and if I wanted a free security system for putting a sign in my yard. i said no and before I could tell them to remove me from their calling list they said thank you and hung up. It called again yesterday, I answered ready to chew them out and they hung up right after i said hello. Same thing twice today.

I'm guessing they got the number from one of the timeshare people.  I went to a presentation last week and did not sign up, and now I am getting these calls.  I went to a presentation 3 years ago at another location and did not sign up, and I started receiving all types of calls to my cell phone.

I have gotten two calls from this number in as many hours. I answer and they hang up. Icall them back and get , "no one is available to take your call", and then it hangs up. What a bunch of BS.

They called me three times, once a day, consecutively.  I did not answer them.  I am a 14 year old high school student.

The bad news is there are thousands of complaints about this company not stopping the calls not to mention the unresolved complaints from the BBB that can't find a legitimate address for the company. All that can be found is a UPS drop box (The UPS Store #4567 -   2643 Gulf Bay Blvd Suite 1560-411, Clearwater, FL 33759) or a virtual office in Las Vegas (Worldwide Commerce Associates, LLC  3651 Lindell Road, Suite D  Las Vegas, NV 89103) with a receptionist answering the phone for multiple non-existent companies.

You are dealing with a company that is owned by a woman in India and registered in Cyprus. If you request to be removed from their calling list and the calls persist then you should continually file complaints with your Attorney Generals office and also file with:

If enough people keep complaining then maybe something will get done. The only option is to go after the companies that are outsourcing to overseas boiler rooms.

JACKSON ? The Mississippi Public Service Commission has fined a Nevada company $20,000 for violations of the Mississippi ?No-Call? law and rules associated with enforcing the law.
Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley announced the fine. Presley says the fine was against Worldwide Commerce Associates, LLC of Carson City, Nev.
Presley says Worldwide Commerce Associates violated the law by failing to register and purchase the state?s ?No-Call? list. The company also allegedly called people on the list and used an automated dialing system to communicate with consumers.
The company shall be prohibited from making any calls as a telephone solicitor in Mississippi until the fine is paid in full.

Write your Congressmen and Senators. We need CRIMINAL penalties against the companies that are profiting from these calls. Follow the money, slap them in prison, no one left to outsource to overseas boiler rooms, problem solved.

This is so annoying. This number calls everyday at the same time. Usually when I'm at work, but when I call them back I just get a message saying "no one is available to take your call, goodbye"

This number calls almost every day, several times a day..this is a business line and it is annoying to say the least to have my business line tied up with this nonsense...I don't answer but have stop whatever I am doing to check who is on the line...

Yes. I am beginning to think that the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY is actually selling phone numbers to these bat rastards.  I just got a new (unlisted) landline number because I was receiving 25-30 unsolicited telemarketing calls per DAY!  Within 4 hours of listing my new number on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, I started getting calls from 971-373-2947 and from WCA (one of the worst robo-dialing offenders out there). Reporting these scum to the FCC and FTC doesn't make it stop - like every other government agency, they are ineffective, worthless and a waste of air. I guess I'll have to just turn-off the ringers on my phones again and use them just for outbound calls.

Bought a very basic cell phone for my young son - his first metro PCS cell, and got a call from this number on the first day the new phone was activated. I didn't answer the call, and no message was left.

Oregon number calls me about twice per day. Never leaves a message.

Just received called from this number 3 times, one after another immediately. Did not answer the phone and added the number to block number list on my phone.

Have received about 5 calls from this number in the past 2 days.  Answered one call yesterday and it was dead air.  Answered again this morning and it was John, looking for a home for advertising.  He jumped right int his sales pitch and sounded like a recorded message.  Asked him if he ever checked the do not call registry before dialing, he said he would removed number from call list and hung up.  Have reported this number to FCC.
