Received this same message on my machine , saying the same exact thing about my daughter with a case number. Happy to know someone did some investigating to find out it is a SCAM and a home where these calls are being made from. I will not worry her with all this BS. Thanks

I got a call from this company also stated they were Processing and Summons but didn't say what company they worked for... processing and summons is a dept not a place of business anyway they told me I had 2 fraud counts against me and to call back asap at 971-404-3078 with a case number of L13886 Thank you so much for posting on here I'm not going to worry with them now. I was concerned a little because i lost my wallet with ALL my information in it so I'm glad to know it's not ligit. Thanks everyone!

I just got a call from this number regarding my husband.  Although it was partially a live person and partially a recorded message.  Said that there were charges being filed against him as part of fraudulent activity and he needed to call the number before being served papers or forfeit his rights. - Gave a return number of 971-404-3078 and gave a case number.

Glad to read this post and know that I can just ignore the call.  Hope this helps others avoid these types of callers.

My elderly mother just had the same call from the same number regarding me...she called me in a panic thinking that i was gonna be picked up at my work or home...i called the local sheriff offices here and they made sure i had no warrants and i didnt...nothing but a scam low life a$$holes scaring people to death

I am writing to let other people know that their is a phone scam, the caller said I owed money, did not say how much but did say I was going to be arrested for fraud if I did not send them the money. I did not give out any information but did say I would send him $50.00 a month, luckily he did refuse it and he replied I will see you in court.

Also, I have very bad anxiety and this caller sent me into a very bad panic attack. I then called my lawyer and he traced the call and it was not a legitimate business number. Please be aware, this caller does not know how he hurts people. I would be glad to help press charges if he is caught.

A new scam #...same $hit...Sez' You owe a kazillion dollars and if you don't pay...all this $hit is going to happen. It's a regualr BU11-$hit mobile phone coming fron Portland Oregon. My lawyer traced it and said it's a personal residence and NOT a business. (OH-Lawyer in the family--FREE!!!! (-:  So this @$$h0le nappy headed h0e toe up streey walkin bi+ch Phucked with the wrong person. I reported her to the FTC and to the local Portland Oregon Police to advise a scammer is within their jurisdiction. And for education on this because I have rec'd over 200 callers in three years... So now I say...

YOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Toe up ashy bi+ch Where are you???? You said you called the cops on me and there's a warrent out for my arrest. WELL @$$H0LE??? Where are they??? Where's the FBI??? where's the CIA???? Where's the restraining order? Where's the lawsuit on my social security number?  Where's the infraction on my drivers license? Where's the bounty hunters showing up at my job and my home to bring me in? COME ON... YOU SAID ALL THIS $HIT now put up mutha phucka... SEE everybody, this jack @$$ was all tough talk.. Well, lil'ol me be still a here!!! Nobody came to my house or job you H0E. Come here bi+ch... lemmie put my stiffer in your mouth, keep you from saying all those naughty lies you bad little skeezer...LOL! You're gonna' get a whole lot more in you...in prison!

Oh and on another note, you 'boosters, plants, shills at work... DON'T bother to write on this site telling everybody that this $hit is NOT fake, that it's real and how you had a nice experience with them and you settled for half... and don't try the old 'OH NOW I have a court date-I got served papers"  None of that $HIT is going to work unless you give the docket number the subpoena number, the court house the court date and the DECISION rendered for your follow up. This has been done on other sites and my lawyer traced the IP address and found it to be the SAME PERSON AS THE SCAMMERS! And don't pose as a disgrunted collector to tell everybody your wisdom of how we should pay our debts...that's all ober the boards too and it's the same bu11 $hit. It's not about not paying your bills, it's about NOT paying bills that are SCAMS!  

Call the FTC!!!! Go On line;takes 5 minutes...call the Portland Ore state police and report her in the area!
