In Belgium, this number makes your phone sending SMS to them. When you ask the providers who is it they answer they don't know, but pay back the price of the message ???
How could they do so?

I got the exact same call. These guys are shysters!

Got a call from this number this morning.  Tried to call it back, assuming it was a solitative call.  When trying to call back, I get the message "We're sorry your call cannot completed as dialed.  Please check the number and dial again."  How can it call me and I can't call back...hmmmmm.

Just got a call but did not answer. I google unknown #'s first, if I get this site I know not to answer again.

This number keeps calling me. I say Hello several times then they hang up. I can hear background voices.

i have not tried to listen but i will when they call again.  Its definently the same thing tho cuz when i call back its sais its not a correct number its B***S*** f****ng b***s***.  It seems to be a different number every time.  what the f***?

as soon as you think it's a dead call, start hitting the #######  key 8-10 times.  that tends to confuse the computer; it doesn't know WTF it hooked into

I had a phone call on my cell from this number today. March 5.2012  They were speaking Spanish. They hung up! So tired of getting these calls.

a good whistle works. clears out the cowwebs in their ear. These people dont care about us, so why should we care about them?

972-035-3546 called 2/22/12 at 6:17 PM and registered it's number and time on the Optimum call tracking/records on their website.  They asked for us by name, and I asked who is calling.  He said "JIM".  I asked and what company are you calling from.  Jim said, "you are not answering my questions, so I'm not going to answer your questions".  I went on to say that it's very impolite for callers not to introduce themselves FIRST, and he hung up.  He has called many, many times and I just got done reporting 2 repeat callers to the FCC.gov site over the phone.  The lady said these numbers are getting very bad for people and there will finally be some cracking down on them.  I told her about these numbers as these are getting worse and worse.  She filled out an entire form and submitted.  This caller is from ISREAL!

2) OR, go online to file a complaint:  http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

3) You must have some sort of tracking or caller id that keeps written record as you'll need some specifics.  

4) You can give other sites where you research the number after they call to see who they are or what others are saying.  

5)  If you do the form, or you call it in, you'll need to state that all is the truth, and you are not making any false claims.  This is serious stuff for us recipients of these awful calls that must stop now.  I have had it.

Called 2/7 at 3:03pm.

Interesting...called again today 2/6 (last call 1/23).  Didn't answer this time around.

Got a call from this #  didn't answer it as I don't recognize it. :)

Answered, caller was actually polite, "May I speak with the owner."  I asked who was calling and she gave me a name.  I asked what it was in regard to: "DirectTV."  I said "the owner" was not available and asked if they had a message I could pass on--they declined.  Surprisingly friendly...given that my number is on the Do Not Call list.

Sounds like a telemarketer from the sound I get when answering this call.

I got a call from this number at work. No one is answers or is one the line. I call the number back and get a tone as if I did not complete the dialing process. It gets on my &#*%^@! nerves.

Just received a call from this number a few minutes ago.  Telling me I have this amazing vacation package that I had received and let expire.  Wanted to extend it for me for 18 months for almost $300 dollars.  Said it was paid for by me vacation exchange service.  When I said I would call my vacation exchange service to see if it was legitamate they didn't like that at all.  Started out talking with a woman and she put a man on the phone who said he is the floor manager.  I said let me check and call you back but refused to give me a name and phone number.  I told them I didn't think they were legitamate and they wanted to take me to a website to prove they were.  I told them that would prove nothing to me.  I wanted to call them back and any call that requires that I respond immediately and pay money I am not interested in.  I am not sure what the number is but I would beware.

i just got a call from this number.  it's said it was a texas call from caller id.  when i answered they asked for my last name.  i asked which one and then they said "umm...let me see." then a woman in the background yelled my first name and said... "that's who you ask for." it was far from a professional call.  when i said "she" wasn't in they just hung up on me.

got ANOTHER call from this number!

Keeps calling and calling.  Marked as SPAM 22 on my phone list.  No ring and don't answer.  Verizon can only block #s for like 60 or 90 days.  But that might be enough to deter these idiots from calling like this and not leaving messages.

Called the number back, get a busy signal, all the time. Left no message. CID says Texas.

Constantly calls, leaves no message.

Work at a business...same thing, when we answer there is nothing
