i have been getting calls from these scammer at 830-865-5118  ther attorney Justin White claiming i owe them money for payday loan which was CashNet.  I contacted CashNet they informed me is was a SCAM.    They have been advise not to call me.  Then I receive a call from Mr. Waker  at 631-440-6608 about payday loan.  I advise them send what every they have via US Mail so I can take it to the attorney and police.    On 1/15/12 received email msg from ACS Incorpation (ACS Legal Department)  at 347-627-0230  about payday loan, which was a LIE and threating me with law suit.  They  was told send me letter via US Mail and stop contacting me.  I am notifiying the  FBI on the SCAMMERS.

Someone called me on my job today and said they were from United NAtions Legal office. They were representing Cash Net and I was being sued for fraud. My case number was CFI150202????
I have filed a complaint with the FTC but thnk I will call the FBI. The number they called me from was 909-999-8495

Office James Wilson at called me at my job.  He said that he was calling for Cash Net.
Gave me a case number od CFI 150202.  Do told me that I would loose my job if I did not get the the money that they said that I owned them.

I got a message from this number stating that he was officer James Brown calling to deal with an important legal matter and that I or my attorny needs to call back. I did not respond for this reason... umm James Brown sounds pretty Americanized(if such a word) and this man was obviously from India or somewhere of the sort, basically not born or raised in the least bit here in U.S.A.  Last I checked impersonating an officer is still a crime. More so than some bill I haven't paid. Maybe outsource to a different country in my opinion.

I can't believe how long this scam has been running for, amazing.

This person called me and asked for a name I couldn't understand and then told me f*** you mother f***er, so I called it back and he said he was with some kind of fraud company, and I asked him why he was swearing at me, he said I never said that to you. He then said it again and i hung up. Total Creepo!
