same happened to me. They called and wanted to verify my minor child's and last four numbers of his social security card.
i told her that I never give out info like that over the phone.
she was very very rude!

Received a call from Terry w/West Assest Management @ (972) 217-8329, she was very rude, I asked what was this regarding (rudely) she stated you have done business with us, now verfiy your birthdate, I stated I never done business w/you guys (rudely) she stated you're doing business with us now. Again she asked for verfication of my b date & wanted me to confirm the last 4 of my social, I would not until she disclosed the business I had with them. Oh well, try again next time Terry & try not to be so damn rude.

Utilizing my VOIP telephone provider's services, these a-holes have been getting a disconnect recording every day for the last 6 months. They still call daily!

These people called my home, I picked up before Third ring, Just silence. When I called back to ask who they are ,she snipped at me West coast asset Mgmt. I asked why she called my home as I am on do not call list. She SHOUTS at me we are not soliciting, so we can call. I said about what, stil no answer, Anyway I shouted back , I'll just block your number. Who ever pays them to be rude, got thier monies worth with her!!!

Just go a phone call and when you answer it, first clue there is dead silence or pause, then you get a recording saying to press one if this is the correct person. It is a debt collection agency & they have the wrong number.

West Asset Management is a third party collection agency. It buys junk debts from the original lenders and then pursues the borrowers.
