Telemarketers (specifically Bob Griffith, Executive Vice President) specializing in selling you the PROMISE of crazy high profits on oil well interests.

These Bozos are still starting with, "This is a survey." I guess they are slow learners. We get it. It isn't a survey, it's a sales call.

They called from 972-715-8836.

They aren't even good at sales. They said on 7/7, 7/14, and 7/20 of 2011 that they were sending information. I'm still waiting.

These Bozos think that we are fools. They are now calling about an "Energy Survey." Don't they know we know they want to sell us something.

Call 1:
Caller did not identify herself said, ?I am dying to speak w/ Mrs. ______, she knows me very well,  I need to speak with her now.? She sounded like she was in a call center so I said, ?You have reached a law office. What company are you with and why are you calling?? She said ?Why I am calling is none of your business. Do your proper job and put me through to Mrs. ______.? I said, ?Mrs. ______ is not in the office. Please leave me your name, number and a brief msg about why you are calling and I will give this information to Mrs. _______.? She said ?I cannot share that information with anyone except Mrs. _______. Do your proper job and put me through.? I said, ?It is my job to screen all calls including getting a name and reason for the call to determine if the person you are trying to reach will take or return the call." She said, ?I need to speak w/ Mrs. ______. Do your proper job and put me through.? I said, "If you refuse to provide the most basic information to get you a return call then it must not be very important.? At this point I hung up as she was only wasting my time.

Call 2:
She called right back and asked ?Why did you hang up?? I said, ?Because you are being rude, not listening to what I have said and you are wasting my time. I would be happy to take a msg and pass it to Mrs. ______, but without a name, phone # or msg explaining why she should return the call she probably won?t call back. I can also transfer you to her private voice-mail and you can leave your msg there with a number for her to call you back.? She said, ?My name is Abbey Roberts. I need to speak w/ Mrs. _______. Do your proper job and put me through to her.? I said, "That's A-b-b-e-y R-o-b-e-r-t-s?"  Her, "Yes, perfect. Now put me through." Me, "Ok, she is out, do you have a ph# where she can call you?" Her, ?My name is Abbey Roberts. I need to speak w/ Mrs. _______. Do your proper job and put me through to her.? I then hung up again.

Call 3:
She said, ?Why do you hang up? You are not doing your proper job. You need to put me through to Mrs. ______ right now.? I said, ?I can?t put you through because she is not here. I will tell her you called and if she knows who you are and has your ph# she will call you back if she wants to.?

From the get go they were unbelievably rude! How do these idiots expect to get new investors when they cold call businesses like that?

Just got a call from this number. The guy asked for our CEO, was really cheesy, and didn't want to leave a message. Looked up the number and surprise surprise, there were already complaints. When will these people quit??

A woman calling and asking for the owner by name, told her he wasnt in and she said she will call back.  Caller ID said Chestnut Petro.

This lady called and said this is Abby Roberts is "so and so" there. I said no but can someone else help you and she said no I will just call back. The person she wants is never really here so if she calls back I will find out what she wants. I am not feeling well so I just didn't have it in me today to be difficult. :)

Chris Lopez cold called my office last Friday and was requesting money.

Chris stated that $50K would get you $350 in a very short time. He also stated that these wells last 40-50 years in Louisiana.
