Just reveiced the same type of call. Cowards hang up and yes we have a very loud whistle that they will get an er drum burst if they do this again. we are 80 yrs. and certainly don't need this harassment from coots.

The next time they call, get a whistle and blow it as hard as you can in tbeir ear. Then hang up on them, if they will be able to hear after that ;)
