Calls and asks for person, then transfers to another who says you are under investigation for "check fraud" and must pay now to avoid "prosecution" This is a total bs scam. They are trying to collect on old payday loans and zombie debt. Laugh at them and hang up. I guarantee no one will show up at your door to arrest you - I called my states Attorney General and he says they are scum.

A warrant can be issued at anytime you don't have to have a judgement a judgement is a civil matter warrant basically deal with criminal. But if someone is calling you and can verify your info without you given it to them you have to really think did you do that but no don't volunteer nothing to no one definetly not on the phone but u do want to see whats the deal if you have taken out a PDL. If you have proof its been paid theres nothing to stress about!

WCCI is actually a investigation office that I investigated myself after receiving a call from White and come to find out it was true because I  had my attorney check to see if It was any warrants in my name and come to find out it was a bench warrant and He went downtown with me to settle the debt through the court and we took the info to the state attorney office in Harris county to clear out the capias so I can say that my expierence wasn't a scam but the lady I originally spoke to I think was White or Walker.

I got a call today from 972-295-9012. I did not answer the first time, but they then called my brother, my aunt, my sister, and then my mother. Mother called me at work to give me the message and when I cross referenced the number that they left with her, it was the same number they had called my cell phone on. I in turn called the number back and asked for this Lisa White person and of course she was not there so they gave the phone to a woman named Tammy Walker. Now this person went on to tell me about a debt that I just paid to a collection agency and claimed that the agency that I just paid was a scam artist. I asked her to send me the paperwork from her company showing this. She said  that I can send half of what I owe ($780.60) through MoneyGram by the end of the day. I was told that that if I did not pay them by the end of the day that they would put a warrant out on me and come get me from my job. I'll believe it when I see it. This is a SCAM!!!!

They called wanted to verify my social, and then begain by talking over me saying I owed money for a PDL loan, I told them I have been scammed by a person once bt not again.  I been paid that loan off and found the receipt. He got angry said since i worked for the state like they do, they are going to file and talk to me like I m a child .. I hung up.  Said his peralegal name was Ms. Lisa White, I asked for her and he begin studdering.  said she was out of the office. I said i just talk to her 3 minutes ago he got really rude. Said they were located in Dallas, Tx
