It was a recorded message that's leads to a actual telemarketer; give them your adress and name, with a payment of $4.60 sh/hand.
Then you you will receive a $100.00 rebate card with something that'll give you 50% off most of your purchases at stores or something.
Now I did not follow through with this but that is what they told me.

I just received a call from this number, but it disconnected before I could answer. Finding out it was spam, I'm deeply devastated that I missed the call. I absolutely LIVE for being harassed on the phone on my one day off.

This was a pre-recorded message about a reward site....a telemarketer.
