i called after closing,   and it is a message that says its the financial dept of capital one.  trying to get a payment.

I blocked my number and called to find out who they were since they call several times each day without leaving a message.  A message immediately comes on saying "this call may be monitored for quality control purposes."  It then rang and the person who answered (Herman) identified the company as NCO.  Most likely they are collecting on behalf of Capital One.
