I decided to get on her to see if anyone has ever had to go to jail behind a worthless check from a payday loan like I did. im actually out on bond now in due to not paying a loan back. come to find out it wasn't because I didn't pay the loan back. it was because I my account was closed and now im paying more then I expected to. im not sure how it goes in yall state but in the state of florida its very illegal to leave worthless check out there especially if yall bank account didn't honor the check. what im stating is that im going thru hell now and im paying more then I was told to. never received a call from Robert Johnson but I did receive a call from tammy nix and I must admit I should've paid them $560 dollars instead I ended up paying a $1103 to get out and on top of that I can possibly loose my job. im not trying to tell yall what to do but common sense should tell yall if you use a check to receive money and its over $500 like mine was that is a felony. good luck on yall case cause thanx to my stupidity im catching hell and in the process of loosing my career. just  hope yall don't have to go thru what I went thru

yes. just got a call from this "Robert Johnson" person claiming I had a item that was returned to the bank.  Funny thing is, I don't have a bank account.  Imagine that! Lol! These scammer never stop.  I just pray that someone doesn't actually fall for this and give them their bank information.  Just remember folks, this is a scam. Don't fall for it & if you are able to report them.  Better yet, them them that you work for the CIA or FBI.  You won't get a call back.

This jackhole from 972-406-5977 called my parents house today & left a pissy message saying he was working with Guadalupe county on a criminal investigation where I was their number 1 suspect. Scared the crap out of my parents & even freaked me out for a few minutes because I work on an airport. This "Robert Johnson" better hope I don't catch him when he's outside of his house & doesn't have his phone to protect him. Dumbass scammers.

Received a message on my answering machine saying I was a person of interest for xxxxx - who is deceased.Said from Boner County (Idaho) and ready to file criminal charges against xxxxx.  Left his phone# 972-406-5977, Robert Johnson and case#522639.  Pretty bad when they are trying to scam a dead person.

This guy call me his name is Robert Johnson he said he work for money and more. And he said I owe the company some money. He call me from this number 972-406-5977 and he threten to sue me if I don't pay.

This loser sounds like a scammer who will try to get info on your bank account.  He doesn't identify his organization and claims it's regarding an item returned to the bank.  Yeah,right. When he was told where to put his investigation, he threatened legal action, so was reported to a fraud dept.
