I spoke with "Yvette" and "Shelley".  They wanted me to fax my credit card processor statements so I could get my refund from being overcharged by my processor.  When I asked a bunch of questions to find out who I would be faxing my info to, they suddenly had to go answer another call, and said they'd "notate my file" to indicate I wasn't interested.

Received a call from this number about 30 minutes ago. A man called asking if we accept credit or debit cards I said yes. He stated he will tell his wife so she can call back said his name was Kenneth Riley...

he just called our office line - asked if we take payments with debit/credit cards - I said yes - i hope i didn't get scammed. he was very weird - made me feel uncomfortable.

Yes, I  just got a call this morning from Texas 972-420-6004.. Asked if I take credit cards at my business, I said you can check out on my web site but I don't take credit cards over the phone. He then hung up.
Sounds like a scam to me.....BEWARE...

They called today. He was being a total jerk.

Scumbag telemarketers.  Similar experience as the above except the imbecile didn't realize he was calling our home number.

Extreme Call Blocker.  Best app out their for your smart phone.  I blocked it after this idiot called and said the same things he said to everyone else.

Same thing: asked if we took credit cards and then hung up. I thought he said "I'll be there shortly". I work at home so that startled me. I waited and no one actually came.

Gruff sounding man asked me if the business I work at took credit cards. Told me to have a good day, then quickly hung up.

Older sounding man asked the same, "do you take credit cards" I abruptly said no, and he said " boy, you said that quick, any reason for it, not set up for taking them or what? " Suspecting a salesman trying to set me up with their CC Machine, I played like he was just another customer, and asked if that was the only means he had for paying for my services, and then he hung up. My curiosity had me google the number he called from, and I was surprised at what I found here.
Hmmmm.... does make you wonder what the story behind this is, or possible scam attempt.

I answered and a deep-voiced man took several seconds to say something. He then asked if we took credit cards, and when I said no, he tells me quite rudely "Well, that was *not* the right answer." I hung up on him. I've had enough of these types of calls to know what this is.

I literally just closed the browser window from reporting another number here and the phone rings again.

A live person asking if we accept credit cards and refusing to answer any of my questions unless I said I was the owner.

HANG UP.  A real wierd-o. He wants to put his hand in your pocket. He wants more than just 2-3 percent of your hard earned money

Message left on my work voice mail, probably the same deep creepy voice, talking to someone in the room with him, really creepy.....what in the world do these people think they are accomplishing with this weird guy on the phone???????

Got a call from this # on the business phone, so I have to answer,...when I did it was HORRIBLE....I answered Hello with the name of the business, the man replied " I BET YOU SAY THAT IN YOUR SLEEP!" I immediately hung up. Then he called back and asked if we accepted credit cards...so I hung up.

This appears to be Retriever Payment Systems, a legit company, though if you google their name with scam, you'll find a number of angry customers.  They certainly aren't helping matters with their telemarketing strategy.
