they call my phone and when i explain that they have the wrong number they just keep calling and sometimes yelling at me....then they hung up on me last call..this is unbelievable and has beeen going on for months........anyone that has information that can help please respond

this number belongs to chase home finance collections, if you do not have an account with them just explain it to them, some of them are rude but most of them are decent human beings and will remove your number if you ask.

Called several times, never leave a message if I let the machine pick it up. I answered it today and the guy asks to speak to (gave my brother's name) or (gave my sister's name, who happens to have died over a year ago.) I informed him my sister was deceased and asked to take a message for my brother and he declined to leave one.  How he happened to link their names together and then call ME is unknown.

I've asked them to stop calling our number because we are not the people they are looking for.  Each time they say they have removed my name from the list.  I'm sending them a certified letter with return receipt requested and after that filing a claim with the attorney general.  I've got time on my hands.

I also had a call from this number.  When I didnt answer, they texted me the number.  When I called back the lady was very rude.  She said she can not find who called me if I dont have their name or if I dont have an account with them.  She said "complaining about it won't make them stop calling".  I wouldnt want to do business with a company that handled me like that ~ when they thought I was their customer!

In my case, there is a guy called Paul claiming to be from Chase Home Finance calling from this number (very rude guy, by the way). My brother answered the phone a couple of days ago, and this Paul individual started interrogating him about me. As a good brother, he just sent him to hell... :)

receive a call and the caller ID shows JP Morgan Chase and they leave a message stating they want to talk to me about my adjustable morgage rate. I dont' have a morgage on my house. It is propbably a telemarketer.

when i call the number back it says it is Chase Finance, I do not have ANY accounts with Chase so I'm not sure what they are wanting but it would be nice if they would leave a message.

I've gotten several callss but they never leave voice mail.  If this is a legitimate call, they should be leaving at least a computerized message.

This is Chase Home Finance.  They claimed we did not have home owners insurance and started charging us.  We have since had our agent send all the paperwork (in June) proving we have had it since we purchased the house in May 06 and it still has not been resolved and show we are in default of our loan.  They have addmitted it's their fault but I still get calls from the collections dept daily.  They are very rude and one person has yelled at me when I tried to explain the issue.  We plan to take legal action.
