This number belongs to an escort in College Station, Texas. I looked it up and she has a website too.

I receive a call everyday around 11:30am from this number.  I answered once and the person said that "It sounded like I was busy" and hung up.  I was available to answer oneday and the person hung up on me. I called the number one day and it went to voicemail with an extension...as if it was a business.  So I called back and left a voicemail asking for a call back and never received one; yet again, the 11:30am calls have begun again--never leaving a message. Help!! Who are these people and what do they want??

Very tired of this number calling me. My phone receives three to five calls daily ringing once to three times and hangs up. Haven't called back to see what company it is, but they are undoubtedly just calling to be calling 'cause they invariably hang up before i get to the phone. It is rather annoying.  Calls come from 972-480-3581, also, and it's the same thing.

The number that appears on my phone is 927.480.3583.  Stop calling if you don't have anything to say!

Really sick and and tired of these calls! Also calls from 972-480-3581. All they do is call 4 to 5 times a day and hang up when you answer! Finally got a hold of Direct Buy's Corp. Office ph# 1-800-827-6400 and spoke with Valerie and she said she would take care of the situation....we will see.

They call my office daily around 12 and when I answer they hang up. If you call back they let it go to a voicemail that says extension 3003 is busy leave a message. If you dont leave a message it says to press zero which just hangs up.

I have gotten many calls daily from this number and no one is there they just hang up I call and get a recording. I want this stopped.  What authority do I have to call to get this stopped.

972-480-3583 keeps calling my office number; I called back over and over again this morning and kept getting hung up on; I finally got a voicemail saying that extension is busy so I left a voicemail requesting they NOT call my number back and now that I have their number will report it.  Extremely frustrating.

I am getting up to 5 and 6 calls a day on my US Government issued blackberry from the following number: 972-480-3583. When I answer no one acknowledges and the call is abruptly disconnected. Please help me to get this to stop. My phone is used for national disaster emergency response and this is unacceptable.

How to block calls to your cell phone:

Many a times, your phone itself would have a facility of blocking calls. To block call through your phone, these are the steps -
?Go to your cell phone menu.
?Then enter the 'settings' sub menu and go to 'security'.
?You would find either a call restrictions or call barring option there. This could be phone specific, so it might be something slightly different.
?Choose incoming calls by scrolling down the options.
?This way you would have disabled all the incoming calls.
?But hey you do not want to block your girlfriend's number! No problem, you can block specific numbers too, for example, your beloved telemarketers, who are giving you a hell of a time.
That was it, wasn't it as simple as it could be? This is the first thing you do when you want to block incoming phone calls.

This phone number calls several times a day and hang up when answered.

I am recieving calls from this number and it is getting on my nerves. They have never said anything to me just call and hang up.

That makes sense to me!  Maybe this is my "punishment" for not signing up with them!

The same exact thing is happening to me.  It is exremely frustrating.

we are receiving calls from this number on my husbands cell phone and also 972-480-3590 and they know mine and my husbands first names. they either say one of our first names or nothing and just hang up. when we try to return call we get the "mesg. center is full please try again later" message. it started with the 3590 # and has gotten more frequent daily and now it's both numbers. beware they do know our first names and my name is not on his cell number account. i have not gotten any calls on my phone, yet.
