It's a Physician Recruiting Company. If your a Physician they got your number if you've ever posted your CV/resume online. Since you put your information out there asking for job assistance you can't report them for calling. Some agencies also get lists of BC physicians information that is available from some national organizations. Best way to limit the calls is to answer the phone and let them know your situation even if you're not interested... they'll back off for awhile but will check in later with you to see if things have changed... don't answer and you'll keep getting calls until you do, or they get tired of trying (but there is always another recruiter behind them ready to give it a shot).
I you're not a Physician, the person that had you're number before you probably was and you need to answer the phone and let them know that physician can no longer be reached at that number.
Very reputable company though... I know physicians that have used them and have been very happy with their experience.
