I received a call from 972-505-2563 but did not answer. I only answer call I can recognize as friends or family in my Caller ID so the b*****d is wasting his time calling me. All these calls are just dishonest people to lazy or too dumb to earn an honest living like the rest of us.

This is a slime ball collection agency. I called the number back, the guy who answered was fumbling around like an idiot. This is clearly a do not answer number.

Received calls on my cell 8/31, 9/5, and again today, 9/6. Left no message but I do have "dealings" with Capitol One.

Got a call from this number..  They did not leave a message.  I am on the dont call list.   Who the heck are these jerks

This number is apparently a call site that makes local calls to people in the Dallas area and then connects them to a bill collector

called here, won't say who she was, but asked for my daughter, who doesn't live with me.  i asked who was calling, and she said she was an operator trying to connect a call.  i told her this wasn't a good number for her.  asked if i had a good number for her, i said no, and she cut the call short.
tried to call the number back, only got a busy signal.

I received a call from this number asking for my daughter. When I asked who was calling they said that Jami had an important matter to clear up in their office.  They then asked if she could come to the phone.
I told them she didn't live here, but if they would give me their name, number, and why they were calling  I would make sure my daughter called them back.  Then they hung up on me.

I received a call from this number requesting to speak with Heather.  I asked ?Who is this?? and the young woman replied, ?Is this Heather? Three times I requested her name and she simply replied asking if I was Heather.  I specifically asked her name and she said she was ?dialer operator? and asked if I was Heather.  I repeated her name of ?dialer operator? to her and asked what the name of her company was.  She replied ?ARS? and I requested clarification if it was ERS or ARS and she replied ARS and she asked if I was Heather.  I then asked for her supervisor and she said she would call back and hung up.  The young woman refused repeatedly to give me her name and hung up on me instead of giving me her supervisor.  

I have received repeated calls asking for ?Heather? and I have had no success with advising them that Heather does not, has never and never will live at this number.  It appears that someone foolishly made a high risk unsecured loan to this person and is attempting to make me responsible for the collection of their lost monies.  I will not be responsible for someone else?s poor business decisions and I might suggest that they pay for their own fiscally irresponsible decision.  I want the harassing phone calls to cease and be placed on their ?do not call list?.  This is my sixth complaint; please see related 19395697, 19520794, 20506782, 20507322, and 21238809 with each having a request for the calls to stop and varying degrees of unprofessional behavior on the part of the calling parties.  This is, of course, not a documentation of all of the calls I have received or a representation of all of the poor behavior.

I received a call from a gentleman who said my name and asked me to "hold, for a very important message."  I waited, but did not hear any more.  I assume it is a collection agency, too.  I'll place this call in the DO NOT DISTURB.

Got several calls, very rude to one of my daughters. Works for ARSnational.com Told me to call 1-800-232-1258 and gave me a file number. They're a collection agency but won't tell me why they're calling or who they're collecting for without me giving out a ton of personal information.

I answered the phone when they called, it was a man that was very rude and I'm about 99% sure it is a collection agency that does work for Capital One.
