Gentleman named Chad Jones left a message stating he was calling from Corbett Hayes Law Offices. Said he needed to speak to me or my attorney by the end of the day. That if he does not today will have no choice but to prosecute me to the fullest extent of the law. I am turning them into my state attorney general and the feds today, the threats are not legal and it is also illegal to represent yourself as an attorney when you are not.

This is a collection agency and the calls that they are making are illegal if you have completed bankruptcy.  I have contacted my attorney after having a yelling match with a man giving me the name of Bradley Lewis. He was here and there on his information regarding dates and when I asked him to spell the name of the company that he was calling from he spelled out Corbit Hayes and Assoc., Dallas, Tx.  when I explained that he wasn't showing up in my search and that I wanted his business license number he got loud with me.  He threatened me with 3 felonies, 1) Interstate wiring of funds for personal gain. 2) Larceny by check. 3) Malicious intent to defraud a financial institution.
When he refused to give me his license number I had to shout over him requesting repeatedly to speak to a supervisor at that point he advised me that I need to seek a criminal attorney as he did feel like dealing with me anymore.  My bankruptcy attorney is looking forward to dealing with him though.  Happy Holidays all, don't get worried call your attorney that is what he got paid for.

I received a call from 972-521-3293 an Allen, Texas phone number, a gentleman who said his name was Tim King and he was calling from Corbett, Hayes and Associates and I needed to call him or have my attorney call him by the end of the day concerning a court case from something I did a few years ago that had caught to me.....complete b***s***.

Tim King called several times with threatening msgs. Stating I need to have myself or attorney call him back bc they are taking action this week.  NTM, they called all my family members.

I have been getting calls from a Tim King also stating that he needs to talk to me or my atty. He claims to need a statement from me.The voice sounded recorded and I have never returned his call

BEEN RECV NUMEROUS CALLS FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY BEEN CALLING ALL MY ENLAWS ASKING THAT I CALL OR MY ATTY SO I CALL THESE MF. YOU KNOW ITS A SCAM CAUSE THEY ARE NON-PROFESSIONAL/THEY CURSE/THEY HANG UP THEY PLAY ON YOUR PHONE AND THEY CALL FROM NUMEROUS DIFFERANT NUMBERS. THIS IS A ((((((((((((((SCAM))))))))))))))))))))))) THESE MF SAID I HAD A NAVY FEDERAL CHECKING ACCOUNT BACK IN 2007 #1 IVE NEVER HAD A NAVY FEDERAL CHECKING ACCOUNT PERIOD.

Received a call from a Tim King with the company below wanting a statememt from me. Asked what it was about and he wouldn't provide me with any information other than the name of a payday loan company. Told me I was facing arrest. Mind you this was all after he contacted several of my family members and left them messages that he was with Bexar County. Who are these people???

Called my cell left a vm talking about he needs to get in contact with me and my attorney and that I have some charges pending in my name.

Called my cell and and wanted to verify the last 4 digits of social security number.  Then he said, it does not sound like you.  I said, you have talked to "her" before?  The he said I was being evasive.  I said "how?",   Told him that I needed a vacation anyway.  I wanted to tell him when will you come pick me up?  I've never borrowed that much from a pay day loan.
