Hmmm, maybe this site is making it hard for you to trick victims out of money on the phone. Maybe you decided to post some lies in the hope of making those phone calls a little more lucrative.

Yes, that is the correct company name, I joined this plan over a year ago, i hope it alright.  Actually, I know it is because my mother has it, and saved tons of dough at the dentist and at pearl vision.  I havent used it yet but i'm going to go to my mom's dentist soon, they have a guarantee.  That's all i know.

THE PERSON CALLED BUT LEFT NO MESSAGE

I recieved a call from this Number today but they didn't leave any voicemail so i don't know who that is ,,,,,

yeah i just got a call from this number, when I called back the line was "busy"

This company is named, "Formulated Dental" and the shark on the other end called our place of business attempting to solicit *individual* dental insurance for $15/month. When I explained to the woman, who called herself Shannon Roberson, that she needed to talk to HR, she turned nasty and said she wanted to off ME individual insurance (speaking to me as if I didn't understand). I understood perfectly, but refused to answer any personal questions or give her further information. I immediately hung up on her after this.

Two calls today - one no one there.  The second - heard all sorts of people talking in the background but no one said anything.  Called # - on second try got full name of company - Formulated Dental Plan.  Googled & got toll-free # - 1-888-999-2780.  Spoke to a live person who is suppose to take our # off.
