My hubby is the one they leave messages for. This is about check fraud. Like we have told them before send me something in the mail about it. I really do think it's hilarious that they tell you someone will be at your house to arrest you if you don't cooperate. Still waiting.

These people are from Capital Arbitrations Group or The Swatch Group. They are extortion scammers. They claim to work for the "courts". Sometimes they have real info and other times they are using maiden names and old numbers. If you try to speak to them, they will get loud and hang up. One call was for check fraud, and the second one was for a returned item from the bank.

They use such phrases as "govern yourself accordingly", and "we represent the courts". They are scammers and you should give ZERO personal info to them. Not your name, not the last four digits of your SS#, and definitely not any banking info.

Interesting scam to run. They had all my personal info and stated I took out a payday loan in 2012. I asked for documentation, didn't receive anything. I asked for their contact info to pass along to my lawyer, got nothing.Threatened to have me served and have my family members dragged in as well. Stand your ground with these people. # comes up in TX, found their PO Box in NY.  At least they are smart enough not to register with the BBB.

They called my mother, sister, and ex- wife telling them that I committed a check cashing fraud, Hmmmm..... I get calls from them. They threatened to subpeana my sister to court and she freaks and calls my ex. Sh*t I don't need at all. I am calling the attorney generals office tomorrow and filing a complaint about this. Texas my *ss. Never been there. How much money have these sc**bags collected from naive people?? They also said they were based in a district courthouse. They are going to find thenselves in a district courthouse!!!

You have to look at the laws for your state. When I told her I would prove what she was doing and saying was illegal if she could call back in 10 minutes, I haven't heard from her... it not one single time. Funny that huh?

Yeah. This ignorant cow has been calling our number all day once again. They do the whole threatening jail/lawsuit thing. How does she keep her job? According to all these posts this thing is too stupid to get anyone's money. The funny thing is these scumbags CAN be sued. All you have to do is find one of those "sleazy" lawyers on daytime tv. They can get up to $1,000.00 PER call for harassment. I have 22 calls recorded from when they tried this a few months ago.I received at LEAST 6-7 today alone.  Of course things depend on what state you reside in. Florida has some tough laws regarding pay day loans. One of the stipulations is that you can NEVER be charged or prosecuted for a pay day loan check. It has to be given a chance for counseling and if you can prove hardship you can possibly get an extension. But jail, prison, the Gulag or Gitmo... nah don't think so (you ignorant C***!!!!!). They can file a civil suit but then again that means they would have to appear in front of a court of law and try to convince the government they are a LEGIT business practicing LAWFULLY.  Oh, and number appears with "Unknown Caller" or "Private Caller" but this bovine told me she was calling from a legit company.

COMPANY CLAIMS THEY HAVE PAPERS FOR ME AND THE DEBT ISN'T EVEN MINE. I WAS USED AS A REFERENCE AND DIDN'T REALLY EVEN KNOW THE PERSON. INSTEAD OF THREATS BY THE PHONE, BRING IT ON M-FERS.

Same thing as stated above received phone call didn't answer let go to voice mail. Have a voice mail requesting I return the call at #1-877-373-6519 it's vital they talk to me they have a pending lawsuit on my social an birth date an this is considered my notification of being called to court. I think it's a bunch of bs.

You sound like a wacko that is one brick short of a full load.  Your present and previous  marital concerns are more of a threat than some scam shyster.

This company also refused to give me their address or any information so I can have them served so Ill be doing my own investigation on them.

They have been calling my husbands ex-wife so I assume they too are calling my ex-husband who has tried to kill me many times so I've been in hiding from him. These people have claimed to be an investigator with the local District Attorneys office & we are friends with the DA so we called him & he has no one working in his office by their name nor are they trying to get in touch with me. These people have bitten off more than they can chew.

Recieved an e-mail from a friend who said this number was calling her looking for me becuase I owed them money. Called them last night to findout what was going on and they said I was being investigated for check fraud and if I didn't immediatly set up a payment agreement they would turn my file back over to the owner of the debt and I would be sued in my county court(which they named correctly) On a voicemail I recieved today they said they would be investigating myself and my friends mother for check fraud! Makes me wonder how these people sleep at night!

I am tired of these stupid unknown companies calling all over the USA looking for me on a Law suit, they will serve me papers well they can get off there a** and serve me, if they are such a good company then do your JOB

972-564-8764 was a call from Capital Arbitration and the name of the woman who called was Laura Findley.  She said they were not a debt collector but they are as they were demanding money from me.  She said the laws protecting a person from illegal debt collection do not apply to their company.  They broke the law several times but she said they did not.  An attorney told me what they can and cannot do.  They also said they would email all documentation of what they claim I owe but they have not and nor have they provided any documentation of anything.
