Representatives from Toyota at 503-598-3709 and 1-972-680-7043 continuiously call our daughter on her cell phone. The girl is only 16 years old and does not have an account through Toyota, nor did she ever! She has told them repeatedly that they have the wrong number and recently I got on the phone and told them firmly, yet politely, to stop calling her number, that this Leo they are calling for on her number obviously gave them the incorrect phone number. Now, today the idiots called her again!!! How can we get this to stop?

This 972-680-7043 shows on my caller ID several times a day, and it is usually one call after the other...the most annoying thing of it all is that they do not leave a message. UGH

Constantly calling from this number and every other number they can come up with. If your going to call every hour and hang up. Leave a message and you can get a call back.

I get the same call. I am financing a Toyota but through Wachovia not Toyota so I don't answer. And as others, they never leave a message not even the first time they called me.

Toyota calls me so much that I have them and their numbers stored in my phone w/ their own ringtone. As a previous person wrote, constantly calling me isn't going to help me be able to pay it any faster. I never answer their calls. They call at almost 8am on the dot, and 6-12x throughout the rest of the day. Some of their other numbers include
281-876-5807
678-746-5507
203-926-2526

Yes, pay your bills - to the ORIGINAL creditor, not some suspicious third party!

I agree. Pay your bills. Of course it is harrassment. However, I would harrass you if you owed me money also.

OK, if this call is from Toyota. Such a huge respected company, why is
there no messages left or why is the name blocked out as unknown? You see
that's what makes these things so tricky. It's like a huge
syndicate ring. Easy to slide in, then no way out. Is anything solid
anymore? Who can you trust? If it's legit, then there would be a number,
a name and a message.
What is going on?

How to Stop 1-800 Harrassment
Toyota keeps calling 5 times a day to offer Rich (roommate) an extended warranty he already owns, and even though my roommate tells them Rich won't be home until 7 every time they call, they keep calling in the morning, in the day, in the afternoon, every day, all the time, so this morning I answered the phone:
You have reached the Law Offices of Jupiter and Neptune (names of my cats), your call has been forwarded to the authorities for voilation of FTC law of Harrassment and Abuse Section 803(5). Thank you for your call, your cooperation is appreciated. Good bye.
There are several things you can do here because they are in violation of the FTC law of Harrassment and Abuse Section 803(5). You can send a letter to the creditor and the FTC using the following form letter http://www.privacyrights.org/Letters/debt2.htm. or you can pick up the phone and tell them that they are violating the above law. They will probably tell you that it is an automatic dialer, but it is harrassment still the same.

No it's not a matter of paying your bills, it's a matter of harrassment and breaking the law.

Wow, I am glad that I am not the only one getting these calls. I never have got a call before and there have been times where I was 2 months behind. Right now I am only $100 behind and am making a full payment tomorrow. They have called me dozen of times each day. And they do switch up their number. I've got the 503 number, the 203 number, and now the 972 number. Im about ready to cancel my loan and go through a credit union. This is ridiculous. My phone sometimes rings 4 times in a row! If this isn't harassment I don't know what is. I would understand if they don't charge a late fee but I have until the 22nd to pay. So why are they calling me?
I am so annoyed.

It's 6AM and I am getting calls from these people. Serious Violation. Will be reporting it. Same number 972-680-7043. they've called no less than 10 times a day. What's worse is that I'm not even behind on my Toyota payments.

I have yet to answer a call from this number. Thanks guys for letting me know who it is.
They never leave a message. They usually call 2 times a day.
I am one month behind on my payment, and paid online a few days ago, yet am still receiving the calls. Definitely makes you not want to fall behind.

Several calls a week from various numbers from Toyota Credit / Toyota Financial Services. They call all day long (8:00 a.m. to after 9:00 p.m.) and never leave messages.
