Multiple calls from CID "out of area 1" with message to call back asap at 972-705-5129. I do not answer these calls, but they leave messages about "an important personal matter" or similar ... VERY ANNOYING given that my numbers are all registered on Do Not Call lists. Re Bridget's comment above: If that is the case, their messages are way too vague and creepy for me to respond to. My husband does have an outstanding medical bill, which we are disputing, so this could be the reason for these calls to us, but seriously, wouldn't it be more appropriate to at least give some hint about the reason for the call besides the generic "important personal matter" ?? In any event, I still will not return these calls for that very reason ... If they need to talk to me, contact me in a more personal and professional manner.

This company collects on unpaid doctor/hospital bills. Don't know about anyone else on here, but I had a balance unpaid by my insurance carrier so they had a reason to contact me.

Getting messages from this number "Important personal business". Company is Diversified Healthcare.
