We never said we weren't adhering to the list. For all we know, the anonymous poster is a disgruntled former employee making a false allegation.

Then I guess your Executive Vice President will adhere to the DNC list from now on, right?  Someone who is already on the DNC list should not have to ask businesses to stop calling them.

It appears that the original poster was having a bad day. To resort to name calling while remaining anonymous is somewhat extreme. Especially since Scope Production Company is very diligent in adhering to all regulations. Furthermore, the company treats its partners very well. IF in fact, someone was contacted inappropriately, we will gladly add him to an internal do not contact list; no questions asked.  
However, many legitimate and savvy investors welcome phone calls from the company, because of the quality of projects being offered. Should you wish to learn more about the company; and how you can become involved with the spoils of domestic energy production, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Received a call from these clowns this afternoon. The number belongs to a Scope Production Company, an oil and gas outfit in Rockwell, TX (463 569 2444 is an alternate number.) Seriously? Dude,  have you heard of the Do Not Call list? Learn it, know it and do NOT call here again. Scum bags!
