Got a call from a man asking for our company's President by first name. After I asked for caller's name "Cody" and company he was with "EBD", I was able to determine this was not a call my boss would want me to patch thru at that time. I told caller our President was not in the office and that I could take a message. He asked me why I'd asked for all his info. in the first place. I told him because I get several hang ups. He said he'd be giving me another because I wasted his time.
