I just recieved that same call form a Randall James (No company name) he stated a file was placed on his desk with my name and SSN attached to it and he wanted me to call him back so that he could "help" me out before it goes to court. Smdh I tired of the harrassing calls I've put all my numbers on the Do Not Call Registry and that doesn't work, they have now started to call my parents home and I never give out their number...Its a sad,sad world we live in that people are allowed to get away with things like this. DO EVER GIVE UR INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE THEY GOT ME ONCE AND I QUICKLY CAUGHT ON, THEY WILL NEVER GET ME AGAIN !

As early as possible it's critical to determine if your collector is domestic or yet another overseas faker. The former you can sue into submission; the latter tend to be out of reach.

A gentleman from this number 972-863-0928 called my brother in law to try and find me today.  He told him that he was an investigator. He also told him  that if I didn't call him back by 4:00 pm he was going to send someone out to serve me papers. I called them back...They talked to me about a bad check that I had closed the account to.  They told me I needed to pay 550.00 to settle the matter.  He told me that I would receive papers from him and from the Mullins and Cane law firm. Now that I am readiing all the messages on here I am thinking that I was scammed.  I am going to get in touch with my bank in the morning and see what steps I need to take to get my money back!!!!

Received call from this number today, said they were Mullins and Cain (not sure as the person spoke quickly), said he was calling because I wrote a bad check.  I asked them for their full name and mailing address so I could send them a letter to not call me again, they refused.  Bottom line, never give your information over the phone, if you can record their call please try to do so and if necessary call the local police or a lawyer.  They are scammers.

I did and he said his name was Robert Jackson  from Dallas texas saying
I got a loan of 400 dollars and I said from where and he didn't know and I told him to send me some
Info and he said he was taking me to court and I said see u in court lol
And then he said just give me ur bank account tO make a payment and I told him I reporting this and he hang up this is the number (972) 863-0928

wanted me to talk to his supervisor about a bill, i hung up on him.  Morgan Jackson LLC is a private company and if they are the same they have to sumbit in writting to the indivual not call them up on the phone or at their job.

SOMETHING ABOUT A BAD CHECK? IDK.
