This number called me on 11/09/2011 and left a computer-generated voicemail stating that it was the Collin County Community College emergency alert system test.  It said that it was only a test to ensure that the system was working properly.  I heard today on the radio that nationwide all radio stations and television stations were going to conduct an emergency alert test at 1:00 pm per FEMA's orders.
